Be careful with this hotel

If you cancel less than 3 months in advance, you will be forced to paying 90% of the FULL price.

Due to a family incident, we had to cancel our booking and the hotel forced us to pay 2797 EURO, with no option of any discount or anything.

This is NOT the way a 4 star hotel acts.

The hotel is very popular and always fully booked and the year before we paid 4000 Euro for a family for a week!

Its supposed to be a "cozy" family hotel, but it is a regular money machine, so be careful.

We gave the hotel a couple of opportunities to at least give us a bit of a discount on next years stay if we paid the 2797 €, but both times we asked the answer was no....not so cozy and not so 4-star hotel a like.

It made us really sad!
