While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Unable to access my account because the…
Unable to access my account because the password reset email never arrives! When I contact them about it they take days to respond and can't provide a resolution. I cannot access my presentations that I use for work! The company is an absolute joke and I am so angry that I paid for this absolute rubbish. Avoid at all costs.
Scam
Scam. Nothing ever works, constant errors and no support. Most recent issue: they make you reset your password for your account when you need to urgently access your presentations and then the reset e-mail never arrives! Have tried 9 times now.
We have had to cancel two presentations because of Emaze and their complete lack of support. This is the 3rd time we have had these issues and will never use them again. Also, the program is clunky and full of errors. Emaze should not be legally allowed to operate and steal people's money for a product that doesn't work. If you want to have access to a presentation that works when and how you expect it to, go elsewhere! Don't waste your time and money.
I want my money back
I have been charged again for a service I used once....2 years ago. What a scam...have already notified them twice to cancel contacting consumer affairs and will spread the word on electronic media. Am not happy with this company of scammers
The worst company
The worst company. Do not use this website. They take your money, deny you access and there is nowhere to get a hold of them except email.
expensive & clunky
expensive, clunky, constantly pops up with ads.. I hate it and worst of all I paid for it.
Scam!
I tried to contact customer service three times to cancel my service within the three day period, but only received confirmation of the cancellation AFTER my account was already charged. The company is now refusing to give me a refund AND has cancelled my username and password. So I was just charged over $200 for a service they are not permitting me to use.
Refund!
There was a 14 day trial for what I thought was a pretty expensive service - making your powerpoint presentations look eMazing! You had to sign up for an annual payment of over 200 USD up front. I tried the service for one day as I had a presentation and while there were some cool features, my existing powerpoint animations didnt work and I thought it wasnt worth the price. I immediately requested a cancellation (there is no easy cancel button on the site). Received a response that I had to fill out a form and then the cancellation during the 14 day trial would be effected. I thought everything was fine until 14 days later my credit card was charged 228USD for a one year subscription! I was livid because I had carefully followed everything they asked within the 14 day trial period in order to cancel and I was assured my cc would not be charged. Anyway contacted the company and thankfully they are now processing the refund. However the charge on my card was inconvenient and left me with a very negative view of this company.
