Mi associo a Chiara , chiamato per malfunzionamento tra i telecomando e il condizionatore , fatto sanificazione , non sto ad elencare cosa si è inventato a fine intervento ho pagato 610 euro con iva tramite bancomat , se ne è andato non ha rilasciato nessuna fattura , l'ho ricercato più volte non ho ottenuto nulla . Tutt'ora il difetto c'è ancora . Credo molto al KARMA . Esperienza negativa al massimo .
Mia madre si è fidata di questa ditta per la sanificazione dei condizionatori a Firenze, ma purtroppo si è trovata davanti a una vera e propria presa in giro.
Il "tecnico" inviato non ha mostrato alcun tesserino, né alcuna certificazione FGAS (obbligatoria per operare sugli impianti contenenti gas refrigeranti). Nessun mezzo identificabile, nessuna divisa, nessuna competenza reale.
La sanificazione non è stata effettuata secondo i protocolli: non sono state smontate le unità, non è stato fatto alcun lavaggio approfondito con idropulitrice o prodotti idonei. Solo una spruzzata di profumo e via. Una messinscena.
Alla richiesta di un certificato di intervento o regolare fattura, l’operatore si è dileguato, lasciando un semplice bigliettino da visita e nessuna garanzia del lavoro svolto.
Nessuna risposta ai contatti successivi. Nessun rimborso. Silenzio totale.
Questo non è solo un servizio scadente: è una frode morale nei confronti di persone anziane che si fidano e si ritrovano fregate.
Invito chiunque stia valutando questa ditta a verificare le certificazioni e diffidate.
