The matress is fantastic

The matress is fantastic. No complaints or aches or pains. Feels like I have been sleeping on it for weeks and its only a few days. The matress protector fine. The duvet moves in my duvet cover not happy about that will be going back to my original duvet. The pillow ok after I took out one pillow from inside. It was too high and hard.

Refund issue

Refund issue! Ordered twice from their website as they sent a payment rejected message to the first attempt. Despite this both payments were accepted. Two deliveries arrive, I reject one as per customer support instructions and now I can't get my refund from them. I have been stuck in a loop with them for two weeks as they want me to sign a legally binding document that doesn't pertain to the situation.

Update: no resolution reached and they still want a legally binding document signed which I'm fairly sure is in breach of my consumer rights. I give in. Looks like I get the special deal. 1 for the price of 2.

Further update: All you will get from this company is AI generated slop like the response below. They are clearly not thinking about solving problems and just dumping emails into AI and generating responses.

Delivery Issue

Directly after purchased we emailed Emma to coordinate delivery. Before receiving a response, the items were delivered "to a neighbour." Whoever signed was not authorised, and means the items are now with a stranger in our neighbourhood. We called customer service about this and they were unable to tell us where it was delivered or even show proof of delivery. Waiting on a resolution.

Very poor after sales service

I bought a superking bed and matress in March 2024. The frame hasn't been quite right for about a month but it completely broke last week. The bed is unusable on one side.

Today I got in touch with customer support and was told that since I'm a little over 1 month out of warrantly, there is nothing they can do.

The bed base is in two units and they can't even sell me one. So now I'm stuck with 1 broken half of a 2 piece bed. The best they could do was to advise me to go to a furnature repair shop.

I wouldn't necessarily expect a good will gesture to go as far as replacing the unit but I would expect some kind of option to help remedy the situation.

Delivery very prompt and efficient

Delivery very prompt and efficient, everything delivered and we'll boxed. Mattress has done my sons back a world of good, he hasn't complained once since he's been using the Mattress and fabulous cooling pillows. I stole the duvet which is so soft and warm and the mattress protector is just a great addition to protect such a great mattress. Useless

Aren't in communication with their own courier, who does not have a phone number. Lol. Delayed delivery, customer service gaslit me and acted like it never happened. "We're in communication with the courier" as I was telling them I had a phone call from a driver who was none the wiser of my communication with them, calling them liars with evidence while they called me one. Useless. Mattress hasn't even arrived and I am going to return it as soon as I can get another, from somewhere that isn't run by vegetables. I would rather sleep on the couch than let them keep a thousand euro when they didn't earn a cent of it. Thanks for the placeholder mattress, sadly if it is decent, torture couldn't extract that information from me. I will slate this company until I run out of air.

EDIT: Mattress not received. Took 4 phone calls and 11 emails to try and get the order cancelled, nobody knows where it is or when it would, in theory, arrive. Nobody seems to know whether it's still ordered or being refunded. Please, if you want to buy a mattress from this crowd, just light 1k on fire. It would be less stressful, genuinely.

Great quality mattress

My daughter absolutely loves her new mattress. It was delivered so quickly less than 48hrs when it wasnt even due for another 2 days. The springs are so bouncy yet the top is so padded and comfy you wouldnt even expect it to be a spring bed. Price was super on sale too so im so happy I went onto their site to look.
