The worst shopping experience of my life!! I received a wardrobe with missing parts, they wouldn’t accept the return, and I was the one blamed for the missing parts!!!! I mean, if I had returned it, I would have had to pay for the missing parts myself!!! They’re a bunch of common thieves who are going out of business and selling all their incomplete rejects just to make a little money! From February until today, I’ve been fighting with them and they still haven’t managed to send me the missing parts!!!

When I told you that PARTS of the wardrobe were missing, that it wasn’t complete and I wanted to return it, you told me you would withhold payment for those missing parts!!! That I would have to pay if I didn’t send the wardrobe back complete!!! Why should I pay for the missing parts??? Are you crazy!? Why are you lying that you sent me the missing parts??? Liars!!! You didn’t send me ANYTHING!! I have the email from you where you tell me you don’t know when you’ll be able to send the other parts missing from the package!!! I have proof!! Liars!!! Tell me here, will you take the package back, just as you sent it to me, with the missing parts??? And will you give me my money back??? I’ll come in person tomorrow and bring it to you!! Will you give me my money back??? That’s all I want! I want my money back, you thieves!!

I'll get back to you with more details. As I mentioned in another comment, I placed an order in FEBRUARY; it was supposed to be delivered in three weeks, but I received the order after 6 weeks!! And my order (the wardrobe in question) is INCOMPLETE!!! There are missing parts from the wardrobe, and it cannot be assembled!!! I contacted the company, and after several attempts to return the order (they don’t accept returns; they make YOU, the customer, pay for the missing parts!!!), they finally said they would send me the missing parts! As of now, I haven’t received ANYTHING!! I’m stuck with the wood in my living room because I can’t assemble the wardrobe!! They’re a bunch of liars!! They don’t want to give you your money back, and they blame you for the missing parts in the package!!
DON’T BUY IT!! It’s a total rip-off!!
P.S. I’ll reply here, to the comment you posted! Shame on you!! You’re lying through your teeth!! I contacted you again two days ago!! You told me you didn’t know when you’d send me the missing parts!!! It’s been almost three months!!! Shame on you!! THIEVES!!

I ordered at the beginning of February, and today I still haven't received ANYTHING!!! I contacted the website by email, they replied that they don't know exactly when they will be able to fulfill my order, even though it was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago!!! DO NOT ORDER on this website!!! You will NOT receive anything! How is this possible??? Why do you accept orders if you are not able to fulfill them??!! Tell us here, WHEN EXACTLY, I will receive the order I have already paid for!!

Start is always difficult but most important it's a start and it can be a good one if you keep courage and be brave of those negatieve, small impulsive comments where I suppose no educated person only what knows to put down negative complains without no understanding how it is to start something new from nothing. I understand also that shipment takes a while as every made peace is unique not factory rubbish therefore I wait for those magnificent 4 weeks of delivery. Always been astonished of professionalism of customer service. Well done! I'm more then sure that fantastic design one day will be recognised and valued with respect!

Ordered two beds.
On the website it stated stock.
After paying I received an email which stated 8 -12 weeks.
This was not as stated on the website.
I need these beds BEFORE 12th of February 2025.
Send several mails already. Don't get any response.
The telephones does not work!

As is written on the site 2-3 days delivery- it was exactly on time. The furniture was in perfect condition, nothing broken or damaged.

The worst customer service ever! Bad quality of the goods though on the website it looks really attractive. We ordered a bed with my husband in early March 2024, it arrived almost on time, totally broken. It’s end of April and we are still waiting for the replacement of the broken parts. No feedback when it’s going to arrive NOTHING! Don’t order here! PS. The reply is absolutely unreasonable! The exchange of what is broken as well as the delivery itself has terms! For the record, those are not “spare parts” that arrived broken, this is half of the bed: the head, the bottom, where one puts the mattress. The bed cannot be exploited. Please AVOID working with them if you do not want to get to the same trap..
