The tag did everything it was supposed…
The tag did everything it was supposed to do. Very clear instructions came with the tag. I attached it to windscreen and set off to France hoping I had followed the instructions correctly.
The only way to test was to drive through the barrier.
I was very anxious as I approached and got closer then it miraculously opened!! The pleasure that gave myself and my partner was immense. It continued to work through that and subsequent trips even on different cars.
Great product and service from the company. Full recommendation.

My experience was good
My experience was good, ordering and delivery straight forward and timely. The charges come across the months you order in. There is a delay of several weeks. Instructions and charges are clear, make sure you read it all. Do keep the foil bag to prevent unnecessary charges in car parks. It worked well for us at all barriers.
I did not expect a charge this year as we weren’t using it, and was debited £5.34p. So would advise returning it if you’re not planning to travel abroad again the next year.
Posted back tracked mail and received a prompt acknowledgement of receipt and planned reimbursement.

Very pleased with my recent dealings with Emovis. At the age of 79 we no longer travel to France and so I wanted to cancel further costs related to Emovis. My dealings with the organisation to return the Tag and cancel my DD were very good and efficient - very pleasing!

Update - having complained about the lack of a confirmation email itemising the setup costs of the Spain/Portugal tag (50 euros) until a month after recieving the tag, by which time the 14 days cooling-off period had expired, I had a call from a very helpful lady in customer service Harrogate, apologising and offering me a refund. Considering I am partly at fault for not reading the small print on the website, I cannot fault the quality of E-movis customer service in this day & age of faceless and useless chatbots. Thank you.

Despite me making an error in the application, I was able to phone up, get a quick answer and resolve all my issues completely. This was all in time to get a tag in the post for our journey 2 days later.

I needed to renew my Emovis tag for…
I needed to renew my Emovis tag for European travel, so I phoned Emovis UK during their normal working hours, 10am to 3pm. I spoke to Carolyn, who was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She was very familiar with the website and the range of products and guided me through logging back into my account and placing my order.
While ordering, I also purchased the European parking disc, headlamp adapter, Liberty T-tag and UK sticker. Everything arrived the very next day.
We have now used the tag on our European travels and it has worked perfectly every time. It has saved us so much time at the tolls — no queuing for us! We simply drive up, the barrier opens, and we carry on. What could be simpler?
First-class service over the phone, super-fast delivery, and a product that worked exactly as promised. I would highly recommend Emovis and would especially like to thank Carolyn for her excellent customer service. She is an important asset to your team at Emovis UK tag

Erm..
Erm... according to your chat support, you don't actually sell the Tag Holders or European Parking Discs that are advertised on your website, despite me having successfully ordered them about 10 minutes earlier.
To make matters worse, neither the website order confirmation nor the confirmation emails actually tell you what you've ordered. They simply state that your order has been received and will be despatched. Fairly pointless, really.
I then spoke to customer services, who were very polite and helpful, but somehow managed to repeatedly tell me I was cancelling the wrong item, despite me explaining several times what I actually needed. In the end, I had to explain it differently before the correct item was finally cancelled. Frustrating to say the least.
As for the tag holders, why on earth are two clips supplied as standard for one tag? Unless the adhesive is so poor that a spare is essential, or it's intended as a backup for when your windscreen gets smashed. Of course, by the time that happens I'll have lost the spare and will need to order another pack of two anyway.
On the positive side, the customer service team member was polite, patient and understanding throughout, which unfortunately seems rarer than it should be these days.

Monthly use fees 4 time more expensive than alternatives.
It works really well, used it for years, but the monthly service fee of €8.40 is now a rip off. There are cheaper options out there, Bip$Go €2.10pm for example, so after many years I am cancelling. Nearly 4 times more expensive is a bit naughty.
