Very disappointed. The order arrived much later than promised, and the photo blanket quality is very poor and blurry. My complaint was rejected with the excuse that the material of their product (blanket they sell) affects print quality, which was never mentioned before purchase. Would not recommend.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a bunch of photos that came smaller than they should have. I emailed them to please redo the order providing proof and they refused , saying the photos are the right size, which was a fig fat lie. I even measured them so they can see. Nothing! Wasted time and money. I do not recommend!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I ordered some calendars from Empikfoto.pl, but when they arrived, the colors in the photos were completely off. Naturally, I submitted a complaint to Empik, but they dismissed it, claiming that color discrepancies are normal and that there were no issues with the print quality.

While minor color variations might be acceptable, the results I received were far from acceptable. The blue skies had turned gray, and the leopards and lions, which should have had vibrant orange hues, were printed in a dull brownish tone.

I have had prints made at other companies before and have never experienced results as poor as these. Despite this, Empik refuses to acknowledge their mistake, insisting that this is normal. To make matters worse, their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process.

I cannot recommend Empikfoto.pl based on this experience. Their quality control and customer support leave much to be desired.
