your website doesn't work am trying to contract someone about my tracking which still haven't updated with the uk carrier tracking number for this item ZA04379501101 it been out for delivery since Sunday the 1st no updated tracking or who delivering the seller useless because they keep telling to track it on 17track yet china post the company that sent to the uk and it here but no information on who delivering or date or anything and i want to speak so someone about this matter

Ems tracking is the worst tracking company out there. I've had no updates in 9 days now. Normal post from overseas is way better and faster.

Horrible service last seen delivered in Colorado and stated package delivered somewhere around Crested Butte Colorado USA . I went through Veldortes who I purchased from and Paypal for a refund. Since EMS claims the package was delivered I was denied. So now I'm out the money and no merchandise.
Stay far away from this China company. I learned my lesson buying outside of the USA NO MORE

I went on their website to check why my order was late, They show a picture with a jigsaw piece you have to place before you can continue. It didn't move no matter how many times I tried I even refreshed the picture and it was still the same. I am STILL waiting for my parcel.

EMS Sri Lanka is the worst.

EE013276517LK was my item number which was sent from Sri Lanka to the UK on 19th Dec 2022. Last update was "Departed from export office". They have stolen my box and I got only 1/4 of my full value as a claim after two years. Don't recommend this service even to an enemy.

I saw all the bad reviews on trustpilot after i chose to ship with ems and 7 days after i submitted for shipping i have it all good dont know what these bad reviews were about

I had a highly disappointing experience with EMX delivery service in Dubai. Despite receiving a message that my delivery was ready for pickup, it was only after several days of waiting that I realized I needed to arrange the delivery through their app. After scheduling and paying 30 AED for home delivery, the parcel arrived, but the courier demanded an additional payment. Despite my prior payment via Apple Pay, the courier’s system hadn’t updated, leading to confusion and a lack of resolution from customer support.

This level of disorganization and disregard for customer experience is unacceptable. IMX’s current rating of 1.4 on Trustpilot is reflective of their poor service and lack of efficiency. I hope my review helps others to make informed decisions.

I'm expecting a couple of parcels sent from China via China Post, but they’ve never been delivered to my address in the UK. It’s already been 25 days, but the strange thing is that the status of one of these parcels shows "Delivered"—yet neither I, my neighbors, nor the concierge have received it.

I attempted to contact China Post using the provided phone number (+86 11185), but I was told to dial another number for international inquiries (+86 11183), which is the customer care contact for "ems.com". Unfortunately, this number appears to be non-existent. The platform also offers alternatives, such as reaching customer service via WeChat, but the only option there is to follow them—there’s no way to engage in an actual conversation. The only other available option is interacting with a ChatBot, which proved to be just as unhelpful

I’m deeply concerned that China Post might be involved in some kind of scam or that scammers are working within the company, possibly in collusion with dishonest suppliers. It seems like they’re shipping empty boxes from China and then making those parcels "disappear" once they reach the destination country. This could explain the frustration of many others who’ve faced similar issues over time. They also make it extremely difficult to reach them, and it’s almost impossible to leave any reviews—positive or negative for ChinaPost.com

I’m confident that the suppliers I ordered from in Shenzhen might never have put those items inside the boxes at all. They are surely working in cahoots with people at China Post (if not China Post itself), manipulating the system to scan empty parcels at various stages of their journey, only to dispose of them once they reach the destination country. This is the only plausible explanation that makes sense to me.

I’ve been purchasing items from China for years, usually from other cities, and the honest suppliers have always used reliable carriers like FedEx or DHL. This time, I specifically requested the parcel to be shipped via FedEx for reliability and speed. Although I was assured it would be, it never happened. I didn’t initially complain, thinking it might just take longer, but it’s now clear there are other reasons for the delay.

Exercise caution when purchasing from suppliers you've never dealt before. Start by buying just one item, even if they assure you that it will be shipped using a reliable carrier. If you sense that they intend to use China Post as the shipping method, it’s wise to walk away—unless you’re willing to take the real risk of being scammed

Claimed parcel was delivered. No parcel. Live on a small inclusive dead end street with 8 houses. No one saw a delivery. Got snagged by China again. Wish I could learn my lesson!

Never received my package even though they posted it had been delivered! I have tried contacting them and it it useless. It was a horrible experience, spent money and never received what I bought 😢

Someone stole my lawnmower so I ordered a new one. I received a tracking number and tracked it up to the point it said "pick up". But ... no info about who has the new mower or where to pick it up. Web site is only in Chinese.
