Order 4 items from SSS online on 19th June, but received only 3 items after connecting with SSS team they promised to refund the amount yet today is 19july no refund received

But swimming shorts from this company and the little steel ends for tying up the waist band fell off after three uses. Total Garbage.

Ver very bad the worst online experience , with very bad customer care they sent my order 1 swiming set of 3 pieces misding 2 pieces
Online chat is a big lie they not reply for more than 1 hr
Communication via email not useful
I cant refund as order not complete
And they keep telling me under investigation

I purchased Nike Vomero 18 shoes on 31-Oct-2025 from Sun and Sand Sports Dubai. Unfortunately, within a limited period of use, the shoes have developed serious quality issues, including rupture damage and fading of the sole color.

I am extremely surprised and disappointed by this condition, especially considering that the shoes were not heavily used. Such defects raise serious concerns regarding the product quality and authenticity of the Nike shoes being sold.

I claimed 2 times in Sun and Sands Sports it was rejected just like this i will never ever buy anything from sun and sands anymore and will not suggest to any friends and family member

I ordered a 2 items online and after successfully placed and deducted the cost, on the next day they emailed me informing me that one of the item is currently un-available.

They need to removed, or keep the item un-available if already out of stock😪👎

What an amazing and hot sale going on in Sun and Sand Seef Mall Bahrain, On top of that staff is so helping to handle this much people at same time. Hats off to everyone there. Very satisfied with the purchases and their customer services.

Ordered from Sun & Sand Sports expecting a smooth experience, but here’s what happened:
• Item arrived with no tags
• Tried to return → courier refused pickup (no tags)
• Customer service said ‘under investigation’
• It’s now been 5+ days with no resolution

I have a flight this week, and this situation is still unresolved.

Sharing this for awareness, always check your items immediately, especially for returns. Hoping this gets resolved ASAP

I recently made online order from SSS number AE03449411, after placing my order and everything is done I was surprised to receive a message the next day stating that the item I selected was out of stock, I was even more disappointed to see that the refund was processed without any prior contact or offering of alternative solutions despite the mistake originating from their end, even when I reached out to their customer service, the responses felt very robotic lacking any empathy towards my unfortunate experience, This has undoubtedly been the worst online purchase experience I have had, and never again

I recently ordered 3 pairs of the New Balance 9060 sneakers. All shoes were delivered in wrong sizes and the box were damaged.struggled to do the return because the boxes were in a bad state of which I received them like that. Very bad experience

I purchased a pair of shoes from SSS’s online store in Dubai (Order No: AE03407959). Even though they were size 45, they felt uncomfortably tight and clearly didn’t fit. What made this more frustrating is that I’ve bought another pair from the same company in the exact same size before, and that one fit perfectly. On top of the sizing issue, the shoes also had an obvious manufacturing defect: the shoelace tip wouldn’t pass through the eyelet it was meant to go into, and the silicone-coated end kept getting stuck, deforming as I tried to push it through. Because of these issues, I requested a return for this pair and never wore them even once; I didn’t request a return for the other pair since it fit properly. When the courier arrived to collect the return, he spoke in a rude and disrespectful way and insisted the shoes had been worn. Being accused of trying to return used shoes was humiliating and completely unfair. He then refused to take the return and left. I will obviously never wear shoes that squeeze my feet like this, and at this point I will likely end up throwing them away. After this experience, I also deleted my SSS account because I no longer trust the service. If the topic ever comes up, I will warn my friends and followers not to shop from SSS, based on what I went through. I’m not writing this to pressure you into accepting the return; I’m writing it because I feel this experience needs to be shared.

I ordered a Giant Bike for my 3 year old son for Christmas through their website. The bike arrived damaged with the pedals not rotating. They came to repair the item with out any success and have now had the bike for nearly 3 weeks without any feedback and no refund. Avoid using this company!

They just cancel your order after you placed waste of time.

Worst customer support, gives wrong information about return policy, then when you speak with them again the give you wrong information where you have recorrect them again. Don't shop here.

I ordered 600aed shoes, decided imediately to return and ordered another model as they were not fitting well. The guy came to take the shoes and left them at the door saying the box is damaged. Box had a tiny tear at the corner while opening, its a paper box. I spent 2 hours trying to reach them, horible customer service, imposible to reach. They put you under the long 20mins queue when you try to chat and if you try to complain you spend another 20mins convincing captcha that you are a human. Finaly they told me box is important, and not allow re -return.

I order 2pcs of folding bike from Sun & Sand Sports. Just 2 days after ordering my bike was delivered and I was so amaze on how fast they deliver my items. After ordering i received an email that within 5-7 days my order will arrived so i was not expecting it that fast knowning a lot of bad reviews from them recently regarding the delivery schedule. But within 2 days i received it. It was a very smooth transaction. Good job and till next time ordering with this company

I bought 2 expensive GIANT MTB's through SSS, and one arrived without pedals. The specification listed that the bike does come with pedals and upon registering my issue with them, they just send apologies without real action. This is exactly a week later and still no answer or action on how they plan to resolve my issue. I ended up buying pedals in order to use the bike. Rather go instore to a reputable dealer to ensure you get what you pay for.

When I got my order..excited to open.. but i was surprised that size they deliverd is wrong... then I got an option to return and exchange. Then suddenly a few days. They pick it up the items and explaining the case of return. Then after few days again. When I got my returned item.. surprisingly wrong size again.. I doono how they address the issue.. feel mad. And disappointed because I pay the added value and I pay cash. Until now im waiting what sss will do to my issue. Haisst day..

They are selling fake bikes
I got my giant revolt 2 in October's 23 and used it a couple of times then i realized there is a flat on my tires usually this happens to a tube tire bikes but this bike is supposed to have a tubless tires as per the specifications of original giant one and their website
Went to a repair center to repair the flat tire and the worker confirms its a tube tire not a tubless one
Awfull experience and iam pressing a fraud case on them

I recently purchased a Liverpool kit from your store at mall of the Emirates for 500 AED and requested that you print the number and name on it. Unfortunately, the printing was done poorly, making the kit look like a cheap 10 AED imitation. When I brought this to the attention of a salesperson, I was met with laughter, which I found unprofessional. The salesperson refused to offer a refund, stating that they would need to consult with management. I'm extremely disappointed with the service.
