Poor customer service
Really disappointed in the poor customer service received, especially when I'd heard good feedback from friends. I'd ordered the last pair of earrings which Enamel Copenhagen apologised a few days later for them now being out of stock. As a goodwill gesture I was offered 20% off non-sale items.
I spent some time choosing two pairs of earrings but the discount code didn't work. I queried this on 3 separate occasions, but never received any response, and it's now been several days.
Don't think I'll use again and also won't be recommending to others.

Ordered something and 11 days later nothing... you go to tracking and it says...'on it's way'. I have sent an email and guess what... nothing!!
After purchase it said there may be delays due to moving warehouse. No time limit or idea of time
Thanks for your response but I know I didn’t order it the day before I needed it.

Avoid, go to the high street instead.
After receiving a bracelet I definitely don’t order they categorically told me it was my mistake.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered another (the right colours but different type of bracelet) waited 2 weeks then got an email saying the order was cancelled and refunded the money.
I will not be giving them a 3rd chance.

No sign of the parcel
No sign of the parcel, item ordered 17th December. Should have been 1-5 business days but even though this has been during a busy Christmas period it should still be with me by now. I have contacted the company 3 times, had one reply which was completely unhelpful (and untrue, as they claimed 'the parcel will be delivered today on 30/12 yet still no parcel or correspondence from the company as of 6/1). I have requested a refund twice and had no response from them regarding this. Will not be recommending this company nor come back for more. Really unhappy with the experience and feel cheated out of £44.50 as well as having to spend more money on a present to replace this.

Fast delivery, poor quality
I have a few nice earrings from this shop, delivered fast, but the quality is just not there. One paire I didn't even got to wear because the closing mechanism was not working at all and one earring even fell apart and broke into two pieces... I wanted to get them repaired by a professional but after a few weeks of trying to find one in my area, the earrings got from beautiful gold to ugly brown with black spots. I stocked them in very good conditions and my other jewelry from other brands was ok, no humidity, no direct sunlight, never touched by creams or perfumes etc. Safely in the padded box. Pity, the designs are nice but not worth the price for such a low quality.

The quality is really bad
The quality is really bad
I bought some very simple earrings, that are supposedly from sterling silver. Well the clasps are really badly attached and they don't even clasp together properly. Moreover the earrings look really cheap for the price I paid for them.
Also to note that the company does make it really difficult to the customer to return the items back. You need to purchase your own post and write the address and all that. We are in the year 2024 people you need to step up a bit.
Overall really bad experience do not recommend at all, this company seems more like it wants to scam its customers.
