150 Euro advance payment for an EV recharge that didn't work, second attempt another 150 Euro deducted and no charge started. I called the hotline to be told that the "bank" will refund in 7 to 10 working days, they cannot do anything from there and they SUGGESTED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY! Even the Customer Care Service is aware on how bad this company is. STAY AWAY

Not a slightest effort to solve an easy problem. Extremely unhelpful.
I think, I'd better do without electricity than speak to them again.

They have a lot of hidden charges which they dont metion. Every month they charge me 4 euros extra as some fees. Irrespective if I charged my EV using their app or not. I have sent them multiple emails over the last 2 months asking for an explanation. But they dont reply. I will close my account and use a different service provider.

I’m using the credit card very rarely which I’m talking about here and my concerns as I have multiple others that are making more sense in daily life.. but I decided to use it to to e charge my car.. after I checked that it’s a slow charger I stopped after like 20 minutes so charge was only like € 5.. when this got pulled of my account some minutes later another charge came in with an amount of € 250 but without any subject or explanation what the charge is for, only thing „Google“ so definitely someone tried to scam me!!! As I’ve not used the cards for weeks before that and no other actual charges it can only come from someone that has read out my data from that company!!! There is literally no other explanation. So be VERY CAREFUL!!!!!

We went on holiday in Rugen in northern Germany. We needed to charge we drove 30-40 kilometer to this charging station of ENBW. We did not succeed in charging our Tesla model Y. We spent an hour where the car several times had to reboot due to the charging station. We tried to setup different apps but at the end we were told that it was not possible to become a member as it was only for citizens of germany, austria and switcherland. Since this the have withdrawn 5-6 euro from my card 1-2 months after this. Why is there no police or politics stopping theves like this. I had to cancel my card in the bank to avoid more charges from them.

They scammed hundreds of euros from me. How this happened? I cancelled my tariff to get cheaper charging after I sold me EV but somehow their system did not process this and after many months (like +1 year) I found out that they had been charging this all along. Now 6 months from that, they send me a message to accept their new terms of service for a product that I DO NOT HAVE. Even logging in on their website shows that there's not active subscription to ANYTHING. Absolute scammers, would sue them if I would have the time to fight for my right. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The highly advertised Hyundai Sondertarif cannot be booked. The website simply says:
Der Service ist derzeit leider nicht erreichbar.
Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt erneut.
No change for 2 weeks.
Under FAQ, there are instructions to reach out to support, but no contact details are provided.

These issues are coming to your platform. Because you have not given in your FAQ. You are cheating people.
1: You can't withdraw money if one of your machines won't work. 2: If you invest money. So your machine will only work for a day or not at all. And for that you have to deposit more money. For example, there is a machine from 1800. 5900 you have to deposit. 3: You cannot buy any fund package until your machine is normal. 4: And your withdrawal limit on this platform will also increase. 5: If you make an investment, you will have to do the hard work of people and invite people. 6: Meaning if you don't invest and invite people then your investment will be lost. Nor can you withdraw the investment. 7: If someone creates a wrong camel from your link, the account of the link sender will be banned
