Endeavour Law has been supporting clients since 2013. We have experienced solicitors providing clear, practical advice across all areas of family law, including divorce, finances, and child arrangements. Our team works nationally, offering consultations by phone and WhatsApp for convenience, as well as in-person meetings at our three offices in Bridgend, Church Village, and London. *** Alongside family law, we have a well-established private client and conveyancing department. Director Meinir Evans leads our Church Village office, while Head of Private Client Joanne Matthews is based in Pencoed, offering trusted advice on conveyancing, wills, lasting powers of attorney, and deputyship applications. *** For our London clients, consultant solicitor Dean Vickery provides advocacy and flexible support, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, ensuring busy professionals can access advice when they need it most. *** Frequently Asked Questions *** Q: How long does a divorce take in England and Wales? * A: A divorce takes a minimum of 26 weeks. This includes a 20-week reflection period after the application is issued and a further 6-week waiting period before applying for the final order. It can take longer if financial or child arrangements are still being resolved. *** Q: What am I entitled to after a divorce? * A: Entitlement depends on the length of the marriage, financial contributions, and future needs of both parties. The court’s aim is to reach a fair outcome, which does not always mean a 50/50 split. *** Q: What happens if my ex denies me access to the children? * A: You can apply for a child arrangements order. If granted, this sets out when the children spend time with each parent. Breaching the order can result in legal consequences. *** Q: How long does conveyancing usually take? * A: Most property transactions take between 8 and 12 weeks, depending on factors such as the length of the chain, mortgage offers, and searches. Our private client team will guide you through the process to keep things on track. *** Q: Why should I make a will? * A: A will ensures your estate passes according to your wishes. Without one, the intestacy rules apply, which may not reflect what you want. It can also make things simpler and less stressful for your loved ones. *** Q: What is a lasting power of attorney (LPA)? * A: An LPA allows you to appoint someone you trust to make decisions about your finances or health and welfare if you are no longer able to do so. Setting one up gives you control and peace of mind. *** Q: What is a deputyship order? * A: If someone has lost capacity and has not made an LPA, their family may need to apply to the Court of Protection for a deputyship order. This gives authority to manage their financial affairs and make decisions in their best interests.

I used a company called quickie divorce…

I used a company called quickie divorce who in turn use this company endeavour law
I paid 699 for a complete package for my divorce and was never told about any extra charges and even asked this in my initial consultation but only 3 minutes into my first consultation with a solicitor they said needed to pay a further 70 pounds to trace my x partner but this was never mentioned in my first call infact the payment 0ff 699 I was told was the premium package with everything included apart from court costs so one these prople asked for a further 70 pounds for additional extras I decided to cancel my divorce with them and now im having to take legal action against them because they won't give me my money back and have done nothing to earn a penny from me and now they refuse to send me the recorded phone call where they say I agreed to additional charges and im wondering why
Please be very cautious before handing these back street solicitors any money at all
After 4 days of messaging these horrible back street cowboys are only giving me a partial refund despite doing nothing for me please do not use these cowboys at any cost for your own protection please stay away from them
You have been warned
Ps im taking court action against them to try and get whats mine

Do not use these so called solicitors…

Do not use these so called solicitors for example

You ring the number get a receptionist answer who then bounces you around several people who have no idea who to put you through to....

Then you have the farcical info email address that nobody seems to access so any emails sit in a black hole

Nobody calls you back nobody 💯 this firm is a shell they seem to have no actual solicitors but farm out work and then skim of the top on whatever they charge you

You have been warned ⚠️

This is an update of my review of 22nd…

This is an update of my review of 22nd June. This company contacted me to discuss and clarify the situation..a satisfactory resolution has been reached with a partial refund being offered and the offer to use certain services using the portion of the money they retain. The member of staff who dealt with me, this week, demonstrated a proffessionalism and desire to resolve my issue, which had been lacking from one or two of my earlier contacts with them. Once fully discussed, I was treated courteously and I would say fairly. I am happy to report good service and understanding.

Worst customer service I have experienced

Absolutely terrible. They were tardy with my clean break agreement, didn’t compete the forms accurately and this may get the clean break agreement rejected, wasting 12 months and £2k.

Their website states we get “full support throughout” and nothing could be further from the truth. When we asked for assistance with the issues caused by poorly completed forms, they stated they are merely a “form filling service” and could not even do this properly. It’s safe to say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would caution anyone from using Endeavour Law.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. Endeavour Law does not offer a clean break form filling service. Fixed fee clean break order services offered by other firms are typically priced under £500. A case involving a spend in the region of £2,000 would relate to a financial order. We would like to be able to look into this for you. Can you please respond to our request for your details so that we can locate you on our system?

Do not use them

Do not use them, use AI and do it yourself.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this firm during what was already a very stressful period.
Despite always making payments promptly, often within hours, I experienced poor communication and a clear lack of client focus. On one occasion, I missed a payment email as I was on leave, and I was told no update could be provided until payment was made. I paid immediately yet still had to chase for over three weeks to receive the update, which was critical to my case.
Throughout the process, I repeatedly had to follow up for progress updates, incurring additional costs each time. This is particularly frustrating given the firm’s advertised client portal, which was supposed to provide visibility but was not delivered in my experience.
I am also concerned about basic errors in my case, including the use of my exwife’s incorrect name and the omission of a £7,000 figure that had been clearly agreed. These were issues I identified myself and then had to pay to have corrected.
Overall, the experience has felt heavily focused on generating fees rather than delivering a professional service. The delays and additional costs, including increased payments, have had a real financial and personal impact, and have unnecessarily complicated what was originally an amicable situation.
Given the firm’s branding around efficiency and rapid service, this experience has been particularly disappointing. Communication has declined further recently, and I have had no response to my formal complaint or request for refund of unused payments. The first I knew was a mail from the court saying they no longer represented me.

Honestly the worst solicitors around

Honestly the worst solicitors around. Day 1 - we’re here for you, we’ll help you every step of the way. Day 2 - give us a call£500 and we’ll do some work. Few emails sent - give us a£500 to do some work. Day 3- give us £500 to do some work. They have you over a barrel and waste your money. Most of the work you can do yourself so don’t be fooled by them. I was quoted between 3-5k for an amicable divorce and nearly 18 months later it’s still ongoing and we’re about to go passed 5k. Huge regret choosing this company.
