I opened a request for a plumber in Thursday 39th March under my Maintenance Contract and to date have not had a response. Good service? It is a scam
The one star should be zero. I am in the middle of a moving process and asked to keep the electricity in my current place until end of month. These idiots managed to cut electricity in the place. Getting it back up again would cost 200 euros. Lawsuit probably incoming. Avoid Endesa like the plague.

Terrible company. They ignore emails, refuse to help in online chat, and keep directing you to call instead — but when you do call, no one actually answers.
On top of that, they add an unauthorized Protection 360 service that you cannot cancel yourself through the personal account.
Even worse, you have to wait a month just to get access to your account because their website keeps glitching and won’t let you verify it.
Overall: hidden charges, awful customer support, and overpriced services. I do not recommend.

I never have an issue with supply nor my invoices.
Dear Endesa,
I had a gas service at my newly purchased apartment which I no longer needed. The service was disconnected a few months ago. The seals were attached, and I was told there is no more gas. The pipes were left sticking needlessly across my window. When I asked my plumber to cut off the pipes I was told that the gas is still coming out of the pipes making it dangerous to cut them off. I was also informed that there are two seals attached in a way that cutting the pipes is impossible without removing the seals. I tried calling the company who removed the meter and attached the seals. They advised me that I can cut off the pipes however I want and to not worry. They could not send me an email confirming that removing the seals is authorized. Why to put seals in the first place if I can remove them? I am hesitant without written permission.
I am very concerned about the gas still present in the pipes.
Please help.
Second concern I have is: when I moved my account from another company to Endesa, I told the employee that nobody lives at the apartment, there will be a lengthy remodeling process so I only need electricity. Eventually.
I was put into a service insurance contract which cost me about 20-30€/month. I didn’t realize what it is until last month. I thought it is an electricity delivery charge and mandatory. Now I know it is optional and is useless if nobody is using electricity. Please kindly review my account and give me a credit to my account for that insurance service not needed or asked for since my service transfer.
The agent at the office was not able to help me 10 days ago with any of these issues.
Thank you for your attentive and cordial assistance with these issues. I appreciate your time and looking forward to your respectful solutions.
Sincerely,
Jelena Salonina

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute disgrace.
Endesa has now left me without electricity for FOUR days straight, while feeding me the same empty promise every single day: “It will be reconnected today.” Spoiler alert: it never is. It’s like dealing with a broken alarm clock — lots of noise, zero results.
What makes this beyond unacceptable is that my father depends on heart-related medical equipment that requires electricity to function. This is not an inconvenience — it’s a serious health risk. And yet, Endesa shows a shocking level of indifference. No urgency, no accountability, no humanity. Just scripted responses and broken promises.
Customer service is completely useless — they either don’t know what’s going on or simply don’t care. You get passed around, told to wait, and left in the dark (literally and figuratively).
This isn’t just bad service. It’s negligence.
Avoid this company at all costs. If you value reliability, honesty, or basic human decency, look elsewhere. Endesa has proven they cannot be trusted with something as essential as electricity — and worse, they don’t seem to care when lives could be affected.

My biggest concern is the lack of ease in managing costs of electricity. I have not been at my house, nor has anyone else, but the cost seems high. Thank you.
Endesa's communications are excellent. Much better than my electric provider in the USA.
sometimes difficult to get in touch. whatsapp takes long
So far so good just need to know when my bill will be due each month so I can allow for it. Thank you
