I recently completed the Master in AI for Business, a rigorous 9-month program worth 60 ECTS, taught by the Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona (ENEB) and certified by the Universidad Internacional Isabel I de Castilla, Burgos, Spain. Reflecting on my journey, I can confidently say that my overall academic experience was nothing short of exceptional. The course content was meticulously structured and provided me with incredibly valuable insights into mastering artificial intelligence within a practical business context. I was particularly impressed by the high level of interactiveness in online classes with professors & teachers along with other students in virtual campus.

The thoughtful conversations facilitated by the dedicated professors, combined with the diverse perspectives shared by students from various professional fields, greatly enriched the collaborative learning environment. Our professors & teachers consistently shared well-crafted presentations that made complex AI frameworks and management concepts easy to digest and apply. Furthermore, the inclusion of high-quality tutorial videos served as excellent supplementary material (Institutional alliances with Harvard Business Impact) that reinforced the core modules perfectly.

I also deeply appreciated the carefully curated masterclasses, which featured highly relevant links to inspiring TED Talks, Simplilearn modules, and insightful YouTube videos that connected theoretical knowledge to real-world applications. Beyond the academic excellence, the administrative support provided by ENEB deserves special recognition. The administration team was incredibly fast and responsive, always ready to resolve any queries with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Every aspect of this program, from the engaging lectures to the seamless administrative processes, was clearly designed to foster student success. I recently completed the Global MBA with ENEB, and overall the academic experience was positive. The programme offers a comprehensive curriculum, and the structure of the modules provides a solid foundation in key areas of business administration. The flexibility of the self‑paced format is particularly valuable for learners who cannot commit to traditional university pathways, and the affordability makes postgraduate study more accessible.

The academic content itself is well designed, and I found the lectures and materials to be informative and relevant. The programme supported the development of practical skills and broader managerial understanding, which I consider a meaningful outcome of my studies.

There are, however, several operational aspects that would benefit from improvement. Communication and marketing practices are not always well aligned with the student journey; the volume of promotional emails is excessive and often unrelated to a learner’s stage in the programme. A more coordinated and targeted communication strategy would enhance the overall experience.

Additionally, the administrative processes surrounding assessment and certification require greater efficiency and transparency. Assignment grading can be slow, and the waiting period for both digital and physical diplomas is lengthy. The digital certificates also include a prominent watermark that detracts from their presentation. Furthermore, some fees such as those for diploma issuance, notarisation, or alternative assessment routes would be better communicated upfront to ensure clarity for prospective students.

Despite these limitations, the academic value of the programme remains strong. With improvements to communication, administrative timelines, and fee transparency, ENEB has the potential to offer an even more robust and student‑centred educational experience.

I always wanted to get my MBA, and ENEB enabled me not only to obtain a Master’s in Digital Marketing, but also, through the modules I completed in this program, to have them counted toward the completion of my MBA.

I started in the technical field (AKA the trades), and knowing that I now have a Master’s-level education not only gives me confidence in my ability to achieve things, but also helps me broaden the possibilities to make a positive contribution to anyone I come in contact with.

This is not just about education; it is about opening your mind, gaining new skills, and receiving the support needed when it counts.

My experience at ENEB has been very positive doing my Master in Human Resources Management. The quality of the information that I am learning is immaculate. I love the practicality of the case studies at the end of each section. I feel like I am already on the field of HR working. It is really in-depth learning and I would recommend others to join with this team. The programs are cost-effective and flexible. I believe that sufficient time is given to complete the program as I do not feel rushed. There is also the opportunity for an extension if that is needed which is good because as working adults with families, studying as an additional responsibility is not easy and needs time.

I want to thank the team especially for their deep and supportive feedback after case studies have been reviewed and marked and also for their timely support at addressing queries when they are made.
