I purchased a $100 USD PlayStation Network gift card, but the code was already redeemed when I tried to use it. I contacted official PlayStation Support, who provided time logs proving the code was redeemed outside of my use. I also provided a continuous video of my PSN account showing my balance stuck at $6.01 USD with zero credit history for the $100.
Eneba support acknowledged the timeline discrepancy in writing, yet refused a refund or replacement and closed my ticket claiming their decision is final. They are refusing to honor their buyer protection even with irrefutable proof directly from Sony.

Sold as a PC game, but no solution when keyboard and mouse controls don’t work
I purchased “Bodycam 2026 PC/XBOX LIVE Key EUROPE” through Eneba. It was advertised as compatible with Windows PCs, but the product description did not state that a controller was required.
After activating and installing it, I discovered that the mouse only works in the menus. During gameplay, neither the keyboard nor the mouse works, and the control settings only show controller buttons.
I contacted Eneba, explained the problem and provided a screenshot. They refused a refund, and I have not received a working solution.
This is not a case of simply disliking a game. I cannot play it with my keyboard and mouse, and no controller requirement was disclosed when I bought it. The problem only became apparent after activation.
In my experience, Eneba took no responsibility for resolving this issue. Be careful before purchasing: do not assume that a “PC / Windows” listing guarantees keyboard and mouse support. Check the control requirements separately, because if something is unclear or does not work, you may be left with an unusable purchase and no refund.
UPDATE: After I published this review, Eneba reconsidered my case and confirmed that a full refund had been issued to my original payment method. I am currently waiting for the funds to appear in my account. I appreciate that they reviewed the situation and ultimately offered a resolution.
My original concern remains relevant. I purchased “Bodycam 2026 PC/XBOX LIVE Key EUROPE”, advertised as compatible with Windows PCs, without any stated controller requirement. After installation, the mouse worked only in the menus, while neither the keyboard nor the mouse worked during gameplay. The control settings showed only controller buttons.
Initially, support repeatedly declined a refund because the activation key worked and had already been revealed. They suggested using additional software to emulate a controller, which I did not consider an adequate solution to an undisclosed control requirement.
I am pleased that Eneba eventually issued a refund, but getting there was unnecessarily frustrating. I would have appreciated this response when I first explained the problem.
My advice to other buyers is to check input-device requirements separately, even when a game is listed as compatible with PC. I also hope Eneba makes these requirements clearer and handles similar complaints more effectively from the outset.

Eneba provided me with a code that didn't work. I opened a ticket and I purchased another code.
The second code also didn't work, after which I purchased the game from a legitimate software.
Eneba is denying a refund on the 2 defective codes, because apparently it was "microsoft's problem". They tell me to try again, but I can't because I then purchased the game from Microsoft and I can't activate a code for something I already have.

This was my first time purchasing from Eneba, and unfortunately, it has been an extremely disappointing experience.
I purchased a code on Saturday as a gift and attempted to redeem it immediately after receiving it, only to discover that the code had already been redeemed.
I contacted customer support expecting a quick resolution, but instead, I was told I would have to wait 3–5 business days just for the seller to respond. I find that completely unacceptable. I paid for a working product, not a code that someone else had already used.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the purchase was intended as a gift on that date. I’m now stuck waiting several days just to find out what happens next.
As a first-time customer, this has left a terrible impression. I shouldn’t have to go through such a lengthy process to resolve an issue that wasn’t caused by me.
Edit: I was provided a refund.

Edit in response to eneba now I have to wait days for a refund for a game that i was trying to play with friends because they gave me a code they had previously identified as redeemed why even send the code and the discount code i used is probably expired by the time i get my money back and had no option for a replacement at the time and haven't received any credit or anything at this point im probably just going to switch back to loaded and kingquin after 2 years of using this

Service was legit.. but the extension part was very bad experience of mine. When i bought minecraft java it said to me that i need to add an extension from which my redeem will automatically be redeemed , but then it started showing me its not available and told me to do a refund. But when i did it manually it worked fine and Minecraft got redeemed sucessful

Had to spend extra money in order to re-buy the same game again after the OG key got removed from steam due to seller's fraud after 10 days..
Furthermore the customer support was atrocious and instead of helping me they did play me like a fool. Now they're inviting me to write this review despite me already having a review about them online on this platfom.

You asked, so I'm answering. The first time I bought it, it turns out that the game was already purchased anyway. You didn't download it from the store, so I didn't get the code and I had to ask for a refund and all the headaches.

I pre-ordered a game key and received it on launch day, but it consistently returned error messages on all standard Xbox and Microsoft platforms. I opened a support ticket and had to deal with three different agents (Brian, Roxaura, etc.) who did absolutely nothing to help. They constantly used stalling tactics, blamed Microsoft’s servers, and claimed it was a "staggered rollout issue," repeatedly forcing me to wait and take uncropped screenshots over a 30-hour period. Eventually, they outright refused to refund me, blindly taking the third-party seller's side.
I ended up fixing the issue completely on my own. It turns out the seller provided a key that required a specific US regional landing page to activate, even though it was not properly disclosed. I successfully redeemed it using a specific US link (xbox.com).
Eneba’s customer service showed zero technical knowledge, refused to investigate the actual product specifications, and preferred to leave a good-faith buyer stranded rather than actually solving the issue. I will think twice before buying here again. Total waste of time and horrible customer support.

Bought Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition for £54 and was sent a code that had already been used. went through the create a ticket process and they tried to get me to contact steam support... That is deflection at its finest. AVOID!
Edit: They closed my ticket 2 days later without any warning or reply. Going through bank for a refund since this is pure fraudulent

I bought project Zomboid Steam Gift Europe, after paying for it, it instantly asked me if i wanted to make a review here on trust pilot which is already weird. Then after following their guide i was hoping to receive the game but it says: "This gift is no longer available for you to redeem. The sender has either restored the gift to their inventory or sent it to someone else.". Here on trust pilot this website seems safe, but on reddit i've seen similar stories of people buying games and then having issues redeeming them. I do not recommend this site.

Friday night, I bought a half priced Steam key code for Crimson Desert. Thought I'd been lucky to get the game for half price. Paid for it then got sent the key code. Input the key code in Steam and it said it was a key that had already been used by another user. Complete letdown. Sent the company a message asking for a refund. They sent me a message back saying they would look into it and expect a message back in 3-5 days. What a complete waste of an evening along with 30€ I'm still waiting to get my money back.
I received a full refund within two days. Therefore I'm going to up my score.

Bought gift cards for netflix and when trying to put into my account, netflix first said their system issues then today (24hrs after purchases) the codes for the gift cards are showing they were already redeemed. Where? Sure wasn't my account and now I can't seem to get tickets submitted for all three of the 300TRY that are not working. So I spent $41.45 for 900TRY and they are now showing already used. Bad

I purchased a game (Red Dead Redemption 2), and already redeem in Rock star launcher. After that you pull back my game and refund money to 'Eneba wallet' that I have to use with other order that can't use with any promotion code or cash back? can't transfer to my bank account? and don't refund the purchase cost? Under unwillingly!!!!!!! that not fair!!!!!!

Its just a great website especially for older/shorter games that i want to play even if its just a few dollars i can usually find it for some sort of discount but its too hard to look on the site for games on sale unless you have a specific game your already looking for.
I got sent a code that already had been used

Absolutely terrible experience.
I bought a Steam gift card advertised for the European region, only to find out that it cannot be activated in Denmark. How does that even make sense if Denmark is part of Europe?
To make things worse, I received a refund to my Eneba balance, but now I can't even use that balance to buy another key without depositing MORE money into my account.
So basically, I'm stuck with money on your platform because of a product that was advertised in a misleading way, and I'm being forced to spend even more just to use the money I already paid you.
This is ridiculous. The regional restrictions should be made crystal clear BEFORE purchasing, and customers should not have to deal with this kind of hassle just to buy a working product.
Would not recommend Eneba based on this experience.
