I haven't been able to complete the payment yet—nor do I want to; I would like to either cancel the entire order or just parts of it so that the amount doesn't exceed my credit balance. I don't want any more money refunded to my wallet.
I have sent this inquiry to you via email. Furthermore, why was I only refunded 267 euros? I paid 284 euros; I had already sent you an email about this previously, but I did not receive a response.

Eneba is so peak, I love you Eneba you spoil me, I don't use any other keysites because they let me down, also with Enebium and those new AI slop Bropacks they have given me $60+ dollars in credit, thats mostly why they're my goat forever <3 The only issue i've encountered so far has been the time I got a key that was already used but support actually helped me out and gave me a working one.
Found a good price on mine craft just redeemed the code I was given and it was added to my account awesome service and price no hidden extra fees would definitely recommend.
TL;DR — My experience with Eneba:
* Money taken, nothing delivered: I transferred 104.623597 USDT for a $100 Apple gift card. No gift card, and my money is still missing.
* Refund supposedly issued, but where is it? Eneba claims to have refunded me but provided no blockchain transaction hash or verifiable evidence.
* Up to 28 days to get MY money back: And if it doesn’t arrive, Eneba tells me to contact the payment provider myself.
* Zero accountability: Eneba chooses its crypto payment partners but apparently expects customers to bear the consequences when something goes wrong.
* Misleadingly attractive prices: Additional fees make the final cost worse than competing options. I later bought a $100 Apple gift card from Bitrefill for just 102 USDT, without this nightmare.
Edit #1, #2, #3, #4:
* My original ticket already included a Tronscan screenshot showing the sending wallet, destination wallet, and other transaction details. Refunds are returned to the wallet that made the original payment, so the additional details requested in follow-up messages aren’t necessary to process the refund.
* Repeated requests have not moved my case forward.
* Aside from the fact that I’ve already provided all the details, I can’t reply in the ticket or open a new one. Blaming me over and over is charlatanism.
Here’s what happened originally:
On October 3, 2026, I attempted to purchase a $100 US Apple gift card through Eneba and transferred 104.623597 USDT on the TRON network. The payment is visible on the blockchain. I received no gift card, and as of October 12, I still haven’t received my money back.
On October 10, Eneba support told me my order had been canceled and that “a full refund has been issued back to your original payment method.”
Sounds reassuring? Not quite.
They then explained that I might have to wait 1 to 28 days and, if the money doesn’t arrive, I should contact my “payment provider or bank.”
My BANK? I paid in cryptocurrency! This generic response demonstrated an astonishing lack of attention to the actual transaction.
Where is the refund transaction hash? Where is the blockchain evidence that the money was returned? How can Eneba claim a refund was issued without providing anything that allows me to verify it?
The most unacceptable part is Eneba’s refusal to take meaningful ownership of the problem.
I don’t care whether Eneba itself or its cryptocurrency processing partner has my money. Eneba chose that partner. Eneba integrated the payment method. Eneba accepted my order through its platform.
When something goes wrong, it is Eneba’s responsibility to coordinate a resolution, not tell its customer to wait for up to four weeks and then chase another company.
Effectively, the message I received was: “We’ve supposedly refunded you. Wait 28 days. If you still don’t have your money, take it up with someone else.”
That’s not customer support. That’s passing the problem onto the customer.
And then there’s the pricing.
Eneba initially appears competitive, sometimes even cheaper than alternatives. But additional checkout and payment-related charges undermine those advertised prices.
I don’t care whether a fee is collected by Eneba, the seller, or a payment processor. Those are Eneba’s business arrangements, not the customer’s problem. What matters is the final amount I have to pay.
On October 11, I purchased a $100 Apple USA gift card through Bitrefill for exactly 102 USDT. Same type of product, same cryptocurrency-based purchasing experience, without the missing-money ordeal.
If Bitrefill can provide a straightforward experience at a competitive price, why should customers accept Eneba’s higher costs, payment complications, and inadequate support?
The contrast is particularly insulting given Eneba’s advertising. On October 3, I received an email promoting “instant delivery,” “code in seconds,” and “24/7 support.” What I actually got was no product, no received refund, and an instruction to wait potentially 28 days.
And on October 12, Eneba sent me a customer satisfaction survey. Perhaps first make sure customers have received either their purchases or their money back.
My conclusion:
A supposedly cheap gift card has turned into an expensive, stressful, time-consuming dispute, with funds missing and no satisfactory resolution.
Eneba needs to take responsibility for its payment partners, provide verifiable cryptocurrency refunds, stop pushing customers between companies, and be more transparent about final checkout costs.
Until my funds actually arrive, an email claiming that a refund was issued means very little.
I strongly recommend avoiding Eneba, particularly for cryptocurrency purchases. Use Bitrefill instead.

Been a customer for a few years already. Beyond the trusty systems for buying and activating keys, plus great prices, they're also great in their support. I made a mistake in my purchase and despite it being my issue not noticing I picked the wrong platform, they sorted me out with a refund very quickly.
I purchased a code from one of their highly rated trusted sellers, the code didn’t work because it was redeemed before, contacted the costumer support, I provided them too many evidences that they showed to the seller as well that I didn’t redeem the code, they responded back saying the evidence the seller showed them was enough to determine that i redeemed it which I didn’t and they refused to show me the evidence even tho they showed it all to the seller and they sided with him even tho they did not give a reason or a proof of the claims, and they were super rude when I tried to insisted to get some sort of proof.

The key that was sold as a GLOBAL steam key, turns out isn't global at all, and can't be redeemed in my region. Eneba refusing a refund, just repeating that the key was revealed. Do not waste your money here.
Edit: while my case originally was closed with no reply option, only after openly complaining did I receive a refund, the changed rating reflecting that.

Purchased a key for FC27 for the Xbox only to find the code has already been redeemed. I immediately raised a ticket with eneba, providing all the evidence requested, including confirmation from Microsoft that the key had been redeemed 2 days before I bought it. It's been 7 days now and I've had no response to the ticket I raised requesting a new code or refund. Poor customer service. Order number o-byj56zo.

I had bought two 60 day timecard game keys for World of Warcraft back in 2023. One of which I redeemed right away and the second one I had been keeping for whenever I wanted to start playing again. I went to redeem the code last week in my Batte.net account page only to have it tell me that the code had already been redeemed. So I reached out to Eneba.com support page who told me to get information from the blizzard support team to include the date/time and the account (if possible) of when the code was redeemed. They requested all of this including the code in question be included in a screenshot and return to them on the ticket. I reached out to US Blizzard customer support and was told by the Game Master that they could only tell me that the code was redeemed by someone else other than my account and could not provide the date or time of when it was redeemed due to security reasons. I returned that information in a screenshot to Eneba who told me that the response that I gave them was illegitimate. It seems like Eneba is the one that is illegitimate as they sell scalped codes and sell them multiple times and if you dont use the code when you buy it you're pretty much out of luck. At this point, their customer service has been less than helpful and I will not be buying anything from their website ever again. And it seems im not the only one thats had this issue based on others reviews. Highly do not recommend.

Bought a game pass key, it was already used, got my refund, not buying from here again, process takes too long, Loaded (Cdkeys) will always be trusted and worth it.

Do not trust these people or this company. I bought a steam key over $1000. It was promoted global. as soon as I bought it. It said it was for Europe. I had hope it would still work because it was promoted global. The moment I redeemed it, it worked, but it is only playable if you’re in Europe. Do not trust them. It was promoted as global, but it is really for Europe. They lied, save your money and if you do buy good luck!

I wasn't able to activate my key as it was saying that it was already activated. This was weird since I had no recollection of using it nor did I find the game in any of my Microsoft accounts. After 2 days of discussing with costumer support they finally told me when and which account activated the key. Albeit the e-mail was censored, the first and last 2 digits were visible, so I was sure it wasn't any account I recognise. Therefore, from the day of my purchase to the day of my activation attempt (around 3 weeks), my key was sat in my eneba account, where they allowed it to be stolen, and gave zero solutions for this, so now I don't have my money nor my game.

Within 1 minute, I was emailed the code that was easily sent to my email and it was confirmed and redeemed with no problems at all. Would come back for more purchases in the future!
Really good price too!
I visited this website for the first time and was scammed by a seller who sold me an already activated gift card. The seller's name is Smart Solutions. After a few days, I received a refund, but the fee from the previous purchase wasn't refunded, so I still lost money. Also, the fee on this website is high.

i bought a psn gift card from eneba and the key was already used. I followed all their instructions in the ticket support as they instruct and the ticket was closed without getting a replacement/refund or any help. Their AI bot is useless too and i feel scammed of $90. They are sending me to psn support when the key was invalid to begin with!!

Reply from Eneba
I opened a ticket to complain about key not valid and i submitted photo proof but some from your side ask me to order from rockstar help to know the date of activation and that not my job i just had a key that not working and said it already activated before not by me and unfortunately my problem not solved one last thing that key was purchased from a seller that almost 100 % rate also verified by eneba that disappointed me .
