Purchased 2 6 month game pass codes and 1 was already redeemed. Working to get a replacement/refund now, but this has made me question whether I'll use Eneba again.
Edit: The Eneba support tea reached out and hopefully my issue will be resolved satisfactorily. I upped my review to 3 stars and may edit again based on the outcome of my support ticket.

I went here to see if a game on steam was being sold for cheaper. Only to find it costing DOUBLE waht the steam price is.
Game is runescape dragonwilds. Eneba wasnt $58 for the base game code.
Steam charges $30
Absolutely disgusting behavior from this website and I have had issues with them before so let me just say I’ll never be back and I want others to know dont waste your time here. Loaded is a much much better website and doesnt overcharge like these morons at eneba.
After posting this I have received an email from eneba through this website requesting my full name and phone number. I fail to see how this is relevant in any way shape or form to the fact they are overcharging. You dont need an account on anything to see the pricing on both steam and eneba. So how does info change the fact you are a bunch of morons. Only highlights it which is why im adding to my already bad review.
Eneba should be shut down entirely. Just look at reedit where there isnt paid reviewers posting.
I was not able to get either of the products I purchased through this site. And I purchased the same product twice as I thought they were a reputable vendor, only to find out that they sell keys that are already claimed. I don't know if this is true or if it's just because of PHP hacks, but right now, I would not buy from them.

They sold me used voucher code worth $200. After my complaining they asked me to deliver them bunch of informations and screenshots which I did, just to tell me after 5 days of chatting that seller told them that I redeemed that code! I had a good word for them and I gave many recommendations about them just to see them now as a scammers and thieves.
My first purchase on this site, and it turns out there’s an issue with the key—in my case, it had already been redeemed on another account a day before I bought it. I made the purchase on October 30th, but Steam support informed me that the key was redeemed on October 29th. I’ve already submitted a formal claim and received an email confirming it has been received and forwarded to the seller. And now the fun begins—a process I’m all too familiar with: they’ll start passing the buck, and in the end, my refund request will likely be denied, even though it’s clearly a case of fraud—or, to put it more mildly, a major oversight by the platform that promotes a seller who doesn’t even know what kind of product they’re selling. Unfortunately, that’s how it goes sometimes: you try to save 10 euros, and end up losing 50. Update after my request have been successfully processed in my favor. That was pleasent surprise. Eneba as platform should supervise their sellers a bit more, but I can't argue that at least they can help you when something goes wrong.

Eneba, Provide Proof That My Key Was Redeemed After Purchase!
I purchased a Google Play redeem code worth ₹1,000 from Eneba, but the code was already redeemed. When I contacted Google Play Support, they refused to share the exact redemption date and time with me.
Eneba claims that it has confirmed with the publisher that the key was redeemed after my purchase. If that is true, I demand that Eneba provide me with proper proof of redemption, including the date and time, since Google is refusing to share these details with me.
How can Eneba expect me to obtain information directly from Google when Google itself refuses to disclose it? Eneba is making claims about the redemption of the code, so it should provide verifiable evidence to support those claims rather than leaving me stuck between the marketplace and the publisher.
I paid ₹1,000 for this code, and I should not have to bear the loss for a product that I could not redeem. I want Eneba to provide the evidence it claims to have obtained from Google and resolve this matter fairly.
Eneba, stop asking me to contact Google repeatedly. If you have confirmed the redemption date and time, provide me with the proof. I want transparency, accountability, and a proper resolution to my ₹1,000 complaint.

NEVER AGAIN! I bought a xbox game pass key that I (unfortunately) viewed upon purchase, but I tried to redeem 2 days later on my leisure time. Guess what; it was redeemed by another account earlier that day... I guess noone can verify whether this account belongs to someone who has ACTUALLY PAID TO USE IT (like I unfortunately did)!! thanx for nothing, and NEVER AGAIN

Great service. Easy transactions. Everything was done within a few minutes. I definitely recommend this online store. Already purchased two games for my students.

I bought 3 xbox indian gamepass core and I tried to redeem them a few weeks later. They were already used and despite their checker saying the keys were already redeemed before I tried it manually to be sure because the price was very good. I lost 24,53 for nothing and I couldn't leave a bad review to the seller.
First time I had and issue with all my orders so I advise you to use paypal for security .

I bought a code from their website from a seller they approved and vouched for, this code was already used, thus I was basically scammed out of my money, I have opened a ticket about it but have only gotten an AI response so far, neither Eneba nor the seller have thus far actually contacted me after I provided all requested information.

They are an intermediary to scamming "online vendors".
Bought a Call of Duty MW 4 key but it was "already redeemed". Now I'm in a dispute with the "vendor" (because ENEBA don't take responsibility for their partners).
Very poor experience which left me without 80$.
Be careful with these types of "online vendors"
EDIT:
They have indeed solved the issue with a refund. I know, it's not their fault per se (they are a marketplace), but still, I'd appreciate if they could choose / filter their vendors better.
All in all, while THIS SPECIFIC experience was not good, I do believe ENEBA is a good marketplace for gaming and software keys

I suspect a seller or someone in its supply chain reused or resold my purchased key. I cannot prove who did it, but Eneba’s response left me with absolutely no effective buyer protection in this case.
You would reasonably expect that buying an unused key secures it for your own redemption, especially when Eneba explicitly encourages customers to save codes for later. My experience exposed a serious gap between that advertising and the responsibility Eneba accepts when something goes wrong.
Equally concerning was its failure to substantiate its refusal. Eneba withheld supplier verification records and repeatedly cited policies without quoting the exact contractual provisions requested. The support article it eventually supplied did not expressly contain the delivery-time restriction described by support. Eneba then referred broadly to Sections 4 and 6 of its full terms, without providing the specific quotations, version number, or effective date I requested.
Customer since 2022. On October 20, 2026, I paid $52.43 for a 12-month United States Xbox Game Pass Core (Essential) key from NeoKey through Eneba. I checked its validity on Microsoft’s website but did NOT complete redemption because my existing subscription was still active.
Eneba advertises: “Don’t want to use it now? Don’t worry. You can always find the code in your Library!”
When I attempted redemption on October 25, the key was already used. A Microsoft page provided by Xbox Support showed another account redeemed it on October 23. That account is NOT mine. I never redeemed or shared the key.
I supplied screenshots of the redemption result, my account, subscription status, and order history. After multiple agents and supervisor reviews, Eneba refused a refund or replacement because the key had been valid at delivery.
Initial validity was never disputed. The problem was someone else redeeming it AFTER I bought it.
Eneba eventually explained that the Library preserves only the code’s text, not its activation rights. I find that explanation disingenuous alongside its invitation to save keys for later.
This leaves a troubling question unanswered: what meaningful protection does a buyer have if someone in the distribution chain retains a copy and uses or resells it? I cannot establish that this happened here, but Eneba’s repeated confirmation of initial validity did not explain the third-party redemption.
I paid for a subscription I could not activate. No refund or replacement has been provided, and my payment dispute remains open.
In my opinion, Eneba’s handling was evasive and inadequate. I no longer trust this marketplace to protect me when a purchased key is redeemed by someone else. Buyers should understand that risk before relying on its reassuring advertising.

I bought a $50 Amazon e-gift card, and when I tried to redeem it, it said it had already been claimed. I bought another $ 50 card, and it was much, much better; it worked, but I still wasted $ 50, and it didn't work. I never got a refund.
