Shocking lack of customer service. Web site is misleading and they take no responsibility. Offer a refund but only when you pay the return carriage for a part that they sold incorrectly. Price isnt cheap when you consider delays and fitting problems.

WISH THERE WAS A MINUS STAR - ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - ZERO - THEY ASK YOU TO EMAIL WITH A CHOICE OF 2 EMAILS - I MUST HAVE SENT 6 OR 7 OVER THE LAST 2 DAYS AND NOT A SINGLE REPLY. I WANTED TO CANCEL AN ORDER - IMMEDIATELY CONTACTING THEM AND THEY TOTALLY IGNORED THE EMAIL AND SENT BOTH ORDERS!! WELL THEY ARE IN FOR A SURPRISE AS I REFUSED THE 2ND ORDER, SENDING IT BACK WITH THE COURIER, AND IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND THEN I WILL BE TAKING THINGS FURTHER AS I HAVE EVIDENCE THAT I CONTACTED THEM (WITHIN 14 DAYS AND CERTAINLEY BEOFRE THE ORDER WAS DISPATCHED) TO CANCEL IT. NEVER AGAIN AM I BUYING FROM THEM - I'D RATHER PAY ANOTHER TENNER AND ACUTALLY RECEIVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW COMPANIES ARE STILL OPERATING LIKE THIS IS BEYOND ME.

Sent the wrong part even though they had my car registration

Contacted Energised car parts including all information again.They have now said they don't stock the part I needed, and said I must pay to return the part for my refund so they knew it wouldn't fit when they sent it

Poor.
I emailed my vehicle info for parts and got the wrong parts.
I sent the parts back with the supplied qr code . I then recived and email from them telling me the package was with them and I waited weeks and had to e mail the company multiple times to try and get my money back. Still no refund ..avoid this lot and use autodoc

Excellent service bought an EGR valve for a golf Mark 6,
The new valve was fully compatible with the car and after driving 30 miles the engine management light went off and the fault was fixed and the car runs perfectly
