If I could give them no stars I would. Cold calls from a very bombastic young man calling himself Chris. When I requested that he stop reading from his script so that I could ask a question he hangs up. So rude!

I must get two or three calls a week from this lot. I have asked on at least three occasions to have my details removed from their database but they just hang up. I am never going to touch cold callers so please leave me alone. I guess they have a high turnover of telephone operatives and just provide them with a list and say call them, effectively making mugs of their own staff.

Cold calling, have asked to be removed from the database multiple times and they just hung up. Just spoke to a manager and they hung up too when I asked for where they obtained my data.
These guys are acting illegally and I will be reporting them to ICO

Norman Wood. They don't answer the phone when called, tell porkies when people are supposed to be onsite (numerous occasions). Some of the standard of the workmanship eg in our case the standard of the render which is all falling off and of poor quality workmanship. Be very aware of the pleasant manner in which they approach you and then don't respond to you when you have paid over the money.
Just noticed this crew have apparently been liquidated hence the stalling tactics they employ. Well done ANGELA DONOHOE.

Had solar panels fitted last september, the fitters were good, However
been waiting since then for another part to be fitted. Fed up with trying to phone,or e mail we drove down on friday ( from Fort William) to find the office closed, Spoke to the lady in the next shop who informed us that no one has been seen at the office for weeks. Not impressed.

Abysmal after sales service.Most of system installed 15th February. Awaiting engineer to fit part 13th March.

Had boiler put in just before going on holiday. Came back water running down walls been phoning for over 3 weeks to get this dealt with. There no customer care once you have signed as no one answers or returns your calls. Wouldn't recommend them at all

I very recently had a new Zanussi combi boiler installed along with a Nest smart learning thermostat by these guys 👍 I couldn't wish for a better installation and system. Having had a less efficient big hot water storage cylinder for over a decade this system is like night and day. From the first point of contact, right through the non pressured very informative sale to the installation of the boiler bearing in mind there was a lot of work involved changing from one heating system to another these guys have been first class. A massive thumbs up from us in our humble abode 👍

The team were very good, explained things well and left everything clean and tidy.

All of the staff I have been in contact with, both on the phone & face to face, have been really friendly & helpful & I am very pleased with the work they've done here.

When they were placing the new heaters, they were careful to cover up as many flaws, marks screw holes, etc as they could from previous heaters. They were very tidy & cleaned up both inside the house & out on my deck.

I'd given them a drink & biscuits & they thanked me at the time & again when they were leaving & they were very pleasant & thoughtful the whole time they were here.

The only reason I didn't give you all five stars was because the day the electrician came to check the house & what needed doing, he turned up an hour earlier than I'd been told to expect him & the day they did the actual work, I was told they would be here at eight & they didn't arrive till twenty to eleven. I was ill all weekend & this just added to my stress though I'd probably have just shrugged it off had I been feeling all right. Nevertheless, I would still, unhesitatingly use you again myself as well as recommending you to anyone else.

We called into the shop at newton mearns to enquire about Radiators and after 5 10minutes thy had arranged for a rep to call on us later that day.We said that we were only making enquires the said lets come and see your house as we had done some houses in your area. The rep duly came we liked what was offered and we said would go ahead,but we were not in any rush,but they said we could get them in the next days.The day duly came and everything went well,but during the next few days we had to contact them about problems.but we have had to do the chasing.time after time.The problem one of the radiators is stll ongoing.So watch this space

The installation seemed fine. The man who put it in seemed to be struggling but his helper seemed to sit in the car for most of the time. The job was neat and tidy. But 2 days later the red light on the manager began to flash and the monitor beeped every 15 seconds. I telephoned for help and was told that somebody would come and look at it the next day, meaning it will have been bleeping for 2 days. If I am in my right mind by then, I will want to know how much more electricity this is using, as the whole point of the Solar Edge upgrades was to use LESS electricity. But it would appear that once the money is paid, there is not as much interest.

The workers were excellent - very efficient and knowledgeable

Initial Sales information was very informative and easy to follow, Installations completed within a week, at the appointed time and within agreed timescale. Efficient and polite staff "no mess no fuss" cleared up and disposed of rubbish. Also spent some time explaining new system, operation, new control system etc. Office also kept in touch to monitor progress with various installations. Excellent overall service but will take some time to assess if new system will produce projected energy savings..

Found the information given by the rep very easy to understand. Service was very quick with new system installed within a week of first contact, and within 3 hours on day of visit. Installers were quick and efficient.

Very eager to save me money on my energy bills and suggested a Thermodynamic system to provide Hot Water at all times from a panel using external air temperature. My initial concerns were addressed by an engineer's site visit, followed by a return visit from the sales team, the unit was fitted as arranged, the date and time of the installation as agreed.
At all times everyone was courteous and helpful, any queries being answered promptly and to my satisfaction.
The system is currently doing what they said it would, which is great. The energy bills have still to be seen to be believed, but it is going well so far.

Energy advisory centre recently replaced my solar inverter with an optimised system, this was installed with no upheaval and minimal fuss. Installers were clean and tidy, took all their rubbish away and if you walked in the door you wouldn't know they had been here. First class job.
