I cancelled the SpyHunter subscription but the company still deducts the fee from my Paypal account.
Contacting them is useless because nobody answers the phone. Emails also go unanswered!

JD was fantastic in trying to resolve why Spyhunter was not working on one of my computers. We exchanged many support emails throughout the process. JD was always very clear on the instructions. Everything we tried did not work so we did a computer takeover where JD fixed the issue in a short amount of time! The customer service of enigma is really great. It really help me about when i want yo cancel and refund my spy hunter 5 my subcription.

I deactivated Spyware in 2019. It was reactivated this May and I was charged approx. $50.00.
I don't know how it was reactivated but it wasn't by myself.
Enigma Software is completely ignoring my request for a credit and just keep sending their standard email with details on how to deactivate my account.
I would not recommend this company

It took some time to navigate my subscription. It seems that the addition of a 2nd device button didnt open up to a menu to add one. I had to be on 2nd the device and log into Enigma. when I did, it made that device the primary and I had to re-activate my primary laptop.
Caveat: My partner's desk top had an expired subscription. This complicated the process even as I deleted it. I am not skilled with this kind of software, somewhat of a Ludite. Success in the end with persistance. Working on it periodically over several days.

Windows 10 still running smoothly with RegHunter and SpyHunter Pro. Customer service is great; quick and personal response. Extremely satisfied.
