The staff at EntirelyDigital were EXTREMELY helpful and quick to take care of questions.

The staff at EntirelyDigital were incredibly helpful when I contacted them for help with a technical support issue and a billing issue. They answered right away, too, so I didn't have to wait days to get a response. Instead of telling me to look up technical instructions online, they told me exactly how to take care of the problem. The billing issue was not even their fault, but they immediately took care of the problem and I received a refund very quickly.

These days, there are few companies that still know the meaning of the words, "Customer Service", but EntirelyDigital is definitely one which does.

Best Customer Service

We were moved over from OLM. The customer service experience is greatly improved, with the techs really knowledgeable, patient and giving clear instructions. After the migration we were having trouble with our SQL and they were very clear on how to clear it up. Best Customer Service I've had in a long time.

Rapid and Concise Answers

A billing inquiry was taken care of in less than 12 hours. Such service is sadly a rare commodity in the 21st century! You're doing it right!

I have had the hosting with OLM for more than 10 years?…

I have had the hosting with OLM for more than 10 years mainly because of the excellent tech support they provide to their customers. I also like the low price they have charged me for hosting my website. It's difficult to find good service and low price.

In the initial transition from OLM to…

In the initial transition from OLM to Entirely Digital, I did have some problems. OLM had telephone support. Now I have mostly online and email support. The communication is slower but the support has been fine.
The most recent issue was solved within about 1/2 hour from my request, and extra service was offered to get me by for now.

Hi Dan, thanks for posting this. We work hard to answer our customers as quickly as possible, and now we are being inundated by AI spoofing calls, so we are trying to adjust to this. If a customer leaves a voicemail, we try to respond quickly with the solution. If needed, we can do a phone call but we find that 99% of the time, we can solve the problems via emails.
Also, with the transition from OLM now complete, we expect that all will be set for you going forward. Best regards!

I was hosted by a company called OLM…

I was hosted by a company called OLM for a very long time. They got purchased by EntirelyDigital. I just got a new Galaxy S25 Ultra and was having a difficult time adding my main email to the phone. In the past I would call OLM and get support and often within a few minutes the problems were fixed. Today I sought help from EntirelyDigital. The only help I received was via email which came very sporadically during the day. It took several hours to solve what could have been done in ten minutes with a phone call. They supposedly have a phone service but you call and leave a number. I did that early in the day but never heard from them. I would definitely not recommend them.

In your case, even though the issue was not with our servers but with your new phone, we did reply back to your initial voicemail within 15 minutes, and then worked to follow up to your 9 subsequent messages within a response as quickly as possible (one was within 2 minutes).
In any case, as thanks for being a long-time customer, we hope you enjoy the free month of service as a make-good gesture. We look forward to our continued relationship!

Poor communication

Poor communication. Ive been with this company for more than a decade, quite a bit more actually and apparently my CC expired. Can/would they give me a heads up? No they just turned off our domain, had no idea there was a problem until they brought our entire business to a screetching halt. Will be looking for a new provider. This is total BS treatment of a long term customer.

We trust you understand that we value all of our customers, especially long term ones! The challenge in your case was that, while our systems did send out almost 20 warnings or notifications that month, you did not seem to have received them. We strive to be a company that is big enough to have the best systems and services (so we rely on some automated processing) but also small enough to be attentive to taking great care of you. Of course, as you are still one of our customers (thanks again for your business) we are happy that we have been able to continue our relationship and we look forward to doing so over another 15 years!
