I joined Entrepreneurs Circle around a year and a half ago. I started on a very basic package at £99 per month and, to be fair, I thought that was brilliant value on its own. There was so much content, support and practical help available to help me grow my business.

After a few months, though, I realised the Masterplan could offer me something I had been missing for a very long time — structure, direction and accountability.

The Masterplan gives me a clear 9-step system to work through, with a specialist coach at each stage as well as people who hold me accountable and make sure I actually do what I say I'm going to do!

I'm now at Step 4, and it has already done wonders for both me and my business.

I've been in business for 17 years, and for probably the first time in a very long time, I can genuinely see where the business is going and what I need to do to get it there.

One of the biggest things for me is that the people at EC don't just feel like coaches or advisers anymore. They've become an extension of my own team. They're invested in what I'm trying to achieve, they challenge me when I need challenging, and they've helped me put structure around ideas that had been in my head for years.

A massive thank you to Ashia, James, Gupy, Mike and of course Carrie, as well as Nigel, Martin, Michelle and all of the team behind the scenes who deserve just as much credit.

I genuinely mean it when I say that without the support I've received from EC, I don't know where my business would be today.

After 17 years, I feel like I'm building the next chapter of my business rather than simply running it day to day.

Thank you to everyone at Entrepreneurs Circle. You've made a bigger difference than you probably realise.

Here's to the next 17 years — although hopefully with a lot more structure than the first 17! 😂 and i need to get my picture on that wall :)

Masterplan is great. You get access to so much resource and shared best practices, which is worth the investment. Access to key experts and coaches which take you step by step through the growth process, you join a community of like-minded people who are going through the same day to day issues as you. Well worth it.

Just back from my first monthly meeting, an amazing experience. A great bunch of like minded business people in a relaxed and professional setting. Gloria and Gerry who run the Glasgow workshops are fantastic (provided lovely home made soup and bread) for those attending straight from work. I would recommend the Entrepreneurs Circle to anyone interested in growing there business

So when you buy the book you're automatically enrolled in a contract that you need to cancel. That isn't clear at all
I dont see anywhere when buying the book that that's explained. It is only apparent in the terms and conditions that are so long I doubt many people read them. I see a lot of this on the net where a small purchase leaves to further charges coming out of your bank account.

I have tried other coaching organisation but Entrepreneurs Circle is by far the best. They have all aspects of business covered with on-line training and information in the "Vault" which you have 24 hours internet access. There are numerous 1 day face-to-face seminars run at HQ included in your membership and regular open Zoom events you can attend. If you have an issue in your buiness, just ask and you will get help.
I have just started the MasterPlan programme. My coach, Ali, is fantastic. At on-bording she spent a lot of time getting to know me and my business. MasterPlan is a tried and tested programme where you work through 9 Steps which are prefectly strutured with excellent training materials. Coaching is totally non-judgemental, which takes all the stress away.

I've been on the Masterplan programme for a couple of months now, and it has genuinely exceeded all of my expectations.

Before joining, I'd read lots of positive reviews and thought it would be a good programme, but the reality has been even better. It was a significant investment for me, but I could see the potential value straight away and decided to go for it. Even just a couple of months in, I already feel it's been excellent value for money.

The level of support throughout the programme is exceptional. Having access to a dedicated coach (Ali has been fantastic!), alongside experts for each stage of the process, means you never feel like you're trying to work things out on your own. The face-to-face sessions at Entrepreneurs Circle headquarters have also been incredibly valuable and add another dimension to the programme.

What has impressed me most is just how well thought through everything is. Every stage, every resource and every detail feels like it's been designed to make the process as practical, achievable and useful as possible. You can tell a huge amount of care has gone into creating it.

Ali has been an exceptional coach. She has taken the time to really understand me, my business and what I'm trying to achieve. She's hugely knowledgeable, incredibly encouraging and genuinely invested in my progress. Every conversation leaves me feeling clearer, more confident and excited about the next steps. You never feel like you're just another client—it's obvious that she genuinely cares about helping the people she works with succeed.

Even after only a couple of months, the programme has been genuinely transformative for me. It's changed the way I think about my business, my role within it and what's possible for the future. I feel more focused, more confident and much clearer about where I'm heading.

If you're considering joining but wondering whether it's worth the investment, my experience so far has been a definite yes.

We're finding Masterplan to be an excellent programme to help grow our business. It's clearly structured with expert guidance and support. We feel that our coach and the whole team at EC truly care about our success. It's a lot about getting into - and staying in - the right mindset, which is not always easy with the day-to-day challenges of running a business. Having the community of other entrepreneurs in the group is also extremely valuable. Highly recommended!

Very well organised event, incredibly useful for business owners. I am so glad we went! There is so much help at Entrepreneurs Circle that it is hard to believe all this knowledge is available for anyone! Thank you guys, it was an extremely valuable two days!

Terrible company! I cancelled my membership before the end of the trial as I had no time for it, but they have continued to charge me. I don't have an account with them and they are telling me that I have to create an account to cancel. I have emailed several times with screenshots showing that I do not have an account with them, they have now responded 3 times with the identical 'copy and paste' response! Zero customer service. I have now had to cancel my bank card and block any future payments but in the meantime I am over £250 down for absolutely nothing!

I originally left a one-star review because my experience with Entrepreneurs Circle coaching left me in a very difficult position.

I signed up for Entrepreneurs Circle at the tail end of 2024 and also hired an EC coach to work with. Just over a year later, despite doing pretty much everything my coach suggested, my business had gone from struggling but viable to effectively dead.

A lot of our time was spent building infrastructure: a new website, workflows, assets, a quiz, email sequences and so on. Some of this was useful, but my concern is that there was far too little focus on the immediate nuts and bolts of bringing paying clients through the door. I learned a lot about marketing, but I did not come away with a reliable way to keep clients coming in.

After I left my original review, Liz from Entrepreneurs Circle reached out to me directly. She was supportive, listened to my situation, apologised for what had happened, and asked how they could help.

She also let me know that the EC coach I worked with no longer works with Entrepreneurs Circle. That does help separate my experience with him from EC as a wider organisation to some degree.

Liz gave me some useful advice around strengthening my signature programme and also offered me three months’ free access to Entrepreneurs Circle. I have chosen not to take that up right now because I have personal issues that need my attention first, and I would not be able to make proper use of it at the moment. She also said I now have her number and can reach out again when things are more settled.

My concerns about the coaching experience remain, and I still feel deeply disappointed by the outcome. However, I do want to recognise that EC responded quickly, kindly and constructively once they became aware of how serious the situation was.

For that reason, I am updating this review from one star to two stars.

Based on my own experience, I still could not honestly recommend EC coaching at this point. However, I do appreciate the way Liz handled the follow-up and the fact that EC has made an effort to offer support.

Entrepreneurs Circle has had a real, measurable impact on my business
I felt I had to leave this review after reading a recent 1-star review describing Entrepreneurs Circle as a “scam”.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, of course, but I do think we need to be careful before using words like that about a serious organisation, especially when there are real businesses, real people and real results behind it.
My experience with Entrepreneurs Circle has been the complete opposite.
Since joining EC, then progressing into Masterplan and Inner Circle, Nigel Botterill and the wider Entrepreneurs Circle team have had a huge impact on the way I think, market, lead and grow my business.
For context, my business has grown by 121% over the past two years, and EC has played a meaningful part in that growth. Not because they did the work for me, but because they gave me the structure, ideas, accountability, encouragement and tools to take action properly.
And that is the key point.
Entrepreneurs Circle is not magic. It is not a shortcut. It does not do the work for you. You have to show up, listen, apply what you learn, test ideas, measure results and keep improving.
If you expect to sign up, receive a few emails and suddenly see money appear in your bank account, then yes, you will probably be disappointed.
But if you are proactive, open-minded and willing to do the work, EC can be incredibly powerful.
I have met many serious business owners through EC who are growing, learning, improving and supporting each other. The events, training, community and ideas have been genuinely valuable for me and for my business.
So from my personal experience, Entrepreneurs Circle deserves 5 stars.

It's a great service, lots of information and resources available, would highly recommend!

I’ve found Entrepreneurs Circle very approachable, practical, and genuinely helpful as a small business owner.

The local meetings have been particularly valuable because the conversations are real-world, honest, and focused on actually improving businesses rather than just theory or motivation.

Last night’s meeting was predominantly about AI eliminating mundane and repetitive tasks, which was especially relevant to me because my business, Real Small Business Solutions, is focused on practical AI solutions for tradesmen and service businesses.

One thing I particularly appreciate is that people are willing to help without being patronising, even when asking simple questions. That makes a big difference when learning new skills and technologies.

I’ve already taken away ideas, contacts, and practical actions that are helping me move my business forward.
