I don't recomend to by certificates from them

They don't treat you like a client. The support team can easily ignore your requests for weeks.
Why even buy the certificates from them?

I requested that they stop the annual subscription renewal for 2026, but they simply disabled my certificate (which was already paid) without waiting for the next year to come. And this is not all. After that, they closed my account, and the support team ignored my requests.

Digital Signature Token & Certificate Not Mac Compatible

I ordered a digital signature guarantee token and certificate from Entrust on May 28, 2024, Invoice # ZIN10009605, Customer 6301570.

There is no mention on the website anywhere I could find that this product is not Mac compatible. In fact, their online chat Help rep answered my question: "Are your products Mac compatible?" with "Yes, they are." But sadly, this is inaccurate. After paying $300+ for the certificate and token, I could never access the certificate to activate the token.

I was informed in mid-July that I needed to install Parallels Desktop ($100) and Windows 11 ($200) on my Mac in order to use the token. I had already downloaded the free exe file/app I needed according to their directions. I did all this.

Several hours of attempts to try and access the certificate became frustrating. All the while Entrust was trying to help me with emails and downloadable instructions, but these weren't clear for Mac-to-Windows users. Menus did not show the names referred to, etc.

I spoke with a tech at Entrust finally on Tuesday, July 30, who coached me through the process using a Web meeting so she could see my Windows screen.

We went through multiple steps, sometimes backtracking due to something else missing that we needed to do.

The Entrust token is USB. My iMac uses only USB-C. I used an adapter to plug the USB token in, but the computer—running Windows—still failed to recognize the token.

An hour into this the Entrust tech advised me to try the token in a PC at work to make sure it is ok, since there was nothing more she knew to do.

I would not have bought this product/service from Entrust, let alone all the additional software, had I known at the outset that it would never work with my computer—a Mac.

Now $700 later, I can't return the software, or get my time back, but I'd like a full refund from Entrust, including the freight charges, for the token and promised (but never accessible) certificate.

$85.37 for the mailed token with freight charge, plus $315 for Document Signing Personal ECS-ADPE-S, which, I'm guessing is the certificate. $400.37 total. I'd be happy to mail the token back to them and be done with the whole thing, rather than go through this again.
