Huge sales scam.
Was sold the unit by a sales rep, who told me it would solve all of the black mould issue in my house.
When the Envirovent engineers came to fit the vent - they didn’t know how to!! They went away and left it. I had to get my own electrician to come and install it (Envirovent did cover his fee)
2 months later the black mould has reappeared, I’m still having to use those little humidity pots all over the house that are filling with water. Sales rep sold me the vent as the cure for all of this!
An employee from Envirovent visited my house (very professional and friendly) but basically said I might need to also try insulating my roof and having some roof vents put in, as well as keeping my heating on constant in winter and installing a new heater in my bathroom. So what was the point of paying almost £2000 for a vent?
They are now hounding me for the final payment of £240. They are scammers - please read the Google reviews and look elsewhere.

Messy sum bag worker
Messy work, did not clean up after themselves. I have young children and it is not acceptable to leave long screws on the floor along with brick dust on the floor and kitchen counter. They also used my kitchen roll and the screwed it up and threw it into my new air fryer liners. Total sum bags

The engineer was brilliant
The engineer was brilliant. Came in and explained everything. Checked the areas for the unit to be fitted. He finishes the job really quickly and cleaned everything up too. The unit is a lot less obstructive than I thought it would be. The staff that arranged the appointment were great too. Service was great from start to finish, I would highly recommend.

MVHR purchase and installation excellent
