We began our journey 18 years ago in a small shop with a big dream — to provide quality equestrian products backed by genuine, personal customer service. Founded by Natalie and Matt, and built on nearly two decades of experience in equestrian retail, Equiflair has grown steadily through hard work, care, and a real passion for the equestrian and countryside lifestyle. In 2023, we fulfilled a long-held dream and purchased our small farm in West Yorkshire. Today, the farm is not only our home but the heart of Equiflair — it’s where we live, work, and where your parcels are picked and packed. Take your money then don’t deliver

Ordered an item for next day delivery (birthday present). On day of delivery they cancelled order due to insufficient stock. No alternative offered. Not a great first experience. Won’t be back.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry your first experience with us was disappointing, especially as the item was intended as a birthday present.

Just to clarify, we do not “take your money and not deliver.” Your order was placed and paid for through our website, but when our small family business came to pick and pack it, we found there had been a stock-count error and the item was unavailable. We emailed you as soon as we realised and issued a full refund immediately.

We completely understand the frustration, particularly with next day delivery, and we’re sorry we were unable to fulfil the order on this occasion. Stock errors are rare, but unfortunately they can happen, and we’ll use this as a reminder to keep improving our checks.

First Class Customer Service …

Superb customer service whilst buying a bit, Matt went above and beyond with his communication even in the evening. Delivery was less than 24hours from palcing the order.
I will certainly use Equiflair again.

Abysmal and will never use again

Edit. The below is a lie Matt. Therefore needs reporting item was NOT dispatched same day it was dispatched the day after! Please do not blame RM, when it was posted 24 hours late! The syringes have now been refunded (not even an apology email just a refund notification), which I did not ask for and I see gone from your website. The previous order (trainers) were never posted as after 7 days of being late I requested a refund!!!!! Clearly both these were not in stock when ordered ! I won’t be using Equiflair again!

Abysmal and will never use again. Gave them a 2nd chance and massively dissatisfied AGAIN!!!

I gave them a 2nd chance after them taking weeks to post an item in 2025!!!! I ordered a supplement I desperately needed on next day delivery plus 2 syringes. The tub stated dispatched same day and received the next. I would have been out that day so this is reason I placed the order. I called and spoke to Matt the same day to ensure postage and lo and behold the item had not been posted despite order being placed at 8.45 am. Despite paying express 24 hour it was received the following day!!! He assure me the syringes ordered at same time would be with me Sat (today) , low n behold not received and I needed as stated for a competition tomorrow. I have checked the app says not even dispatched. This company is utterly abysmal at posting , ignore emails and break promises made. I spend with lots of retailers n have to say this company is utterly abysmal, there will be no third chances!

Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your order did not arrive when expected and that this has left you feeling disappointed.

Your supplement was dispatched using Royal Mail 24, as requested. Unfortunately, it arrived 24 hours later than expected, which we fully understand was frustrating, especially as you needed it urgently. Once an order is with Royal Mail, delivery timings are outside of our direct control, although we appreciate that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused.

The two syringes were being sent separately, and we are sorry this was not clearer at the time. We also understand from your review that you no longer wish to deal with us, so we will respect that.

Regarding the previous order mentioned, this was placed on 29th January using a 48-hour delivery service and was delivered on 31st January, within the expected timeframe.

We are sorry that your experience has not met expectations and apologise again for the frustration caused.

Mountain horse riding boots

I ordered a pair of boots that were too tall and even out of opening hours equiflairs customer service went beyond. I easily returned my boots and ordered a pair that came very quickly and I couldn’t be happier. Fantastic company. Wonderful experience.
