I ordered a specific tote and when I received the order it was not what I had ordered. I have emailed 3 times and have had no response which makes me think it is a scam.
ordered the 01/21/2026 and received 01/29/2026. Was very disappointed as this was a bday present.

I bought this bag on Dec. 08, today is Jan. 26th, still no bag. I have emailed them 4 times with NO response. Their website contains no phone number so you can't phone them. This company is a bunch of fraudsters! Don't purchase from this company, they don't honor purchases.

These people are total crooks. The products are totally misrepresented on the website. They are described as "quilted." There is no quilting on the bags. The bags are made of cheap fabric with a distorted image printed on them.
I have attempted to email the company several times to get a refund. They do not respond to emails.

ORDERED A HAND CRAFTED BAG AND 4 WEEKS LATER RECEIVED A BAG THAT LOOKED AS IF A CHILD ATTEMPTED TO MAKE IT. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURED BAG ON THEIR FAKE WEBSITE.
ITEM WAS SHIPPED FROM CHINA TO SAN FRANSISCO TO NY AND THEN TO BOSTON.
THE OWNER OF SAID FAKE COMPANY GOES BY THE NAME OF SHARON AS PER MY PAY PAL INQUIRY AND IS BASED IN CHINA. THE COMPANY DOES NOT ANSWER ANY EMAILS AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR SITE. ONCE AGAIN>>>DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FAKE OUTFIT>

Product not as advertised, cheap quality. Website states the bags are quilted, they're not! The fabric is a quilted like print. Company does not respond to emails.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered on December 4, 2025. I finally received my order on January 5, 2026. The bag I ordered was not quilted nor was it embroidered. I ordered this item as a gift but I would be embarrassed to give it to anyone.

Ordered three bags for Christmas. Never received. Sent messages to their Customer Contact, got the same form letter back 2 times. Will no longer speak to me online. I have sent emails to every contact listed on their website. No answer. Did not know they were located in Hong Kong until notified by my credit card company. Stay Away....trying to get my money back from credit card, not sure if I can. Shame on me...learned a hard lesson.

Says they are in Asheville NC. They are not. Charge comes through as a foreign charge. Product is supposed to be handcrafted in Asheville but is not. They never respond to emails. Totally missed Christmas and still no order.

I ordered two bags on November 10, 2025. I was sent an email saying they would notify me when bags were shipped. After 31 days. I tried to contact the company and it was impossible to contact anyone. After I canceled payment on my credit card, we received the bags on December 18, 2025. The bags were of inferior quality and one of the bags was not even the design ordered. I recommend people stay away from this company as they are impossible to contact by phone or email and their shipping is handled by Ultimate Express Media, Inc. They don’t even deserve one star.

What they sent me was a completely different, tattered bag, worth at most a few cents! Avoid

I placed an order 4 weeks ago, & haven’t received any shipping updates for my order. Sent them an e-mail inquiry about my order with no response. I believe this is a fraud!! I’m contacting my bank today to report them, so I can get my money back.

I haven't heard anything about my order in over twenty days! It's fraud!
