We've been using EspoCRM for several months to manage contacts, sales activities, and internal processes. It is easy to customize and doesn't require a lot of technical expertise. We were able to adapt fields, layouts, and create workflows to automate routine client replies and lead nurturing. The interface is easy to navigate, that's why most team members became comfortable using it fairly quickly. We’ve been using EspoCRM for a while now and overall it’s been a very positive experience. It’s a good choice for teams that want control and customization in their CRM setup. You can adapt the CRM to completely meet your processes with custom fields, workflows, roles, and integrations.

Good CRM for startups
Great application. We are a small web design agency and use it to manage several of our projects and organize lead data. Our sales team managed to automate lead capture from our webiste with its help. Project Management tools are also helpful. Tasks are always organized and all team members can track their part of the work and be notified about the deadlines.

There are some disadvantages to using the crm over some more mainstream ones. The main disadvantage is the integration features from other clients but the API system is getting improved daily. This crm is my go to choice for any crm requirement.
