My dog’s favourite food!
Best food that my dog got to enjoy at a reasonably competitive price. Unfortunately our dog is now on a pet diet plan and can’t have any more Essentials.
Customer service is just great, the delivery is always super fast and the free gifts are a lovely touch that my Dog couldn’t want to rip oven the parcel to get to.

People Can’t Believe Our Dog’s Age
I’ve been feeding my dog Essential Foods for around eight years after spending a lot of time researching the best nutrition available. She’s now 13½ years old, and people are always amazed by how well she looks and how youthful she is. I’m sure her diet has played a huge part in that.
We’ve compared Essential Foods with many other brands over the years, and despite people often assuming kibble is inferior, it consistently comes out on top for nutritional value.
The service is excellent too. Orders always arrive quickly and accurately, and the treats are a firm favourite with our dog.

My experience of Essential Foods
My experience of Essential Foods is exemplary. I think the company really does go that extra mile for their customers. Firstly, the food is excellent (not that I've tried it myself) my dog's opinion is all that matters to me and she loves it and the empty food bowls are a dead giveaway. The price is excellent representing good value for money and there is a whole range of products to cater for all tastes. Free, almost next day delivery on orders over a very low threshhold is another great bonus as is the very generous free gift. I've also received vouchers with my orders that entitles a friend to receive £15 off their first order and £15 for me. I've had the need to contact their live chat help service a few times and it truly reflects the excellent manner in which they seem to conduct the rest of their business. I had questions regarding my dog's diet that my veterinary practice completely messed up but thanks to Sofie's patience on Essential's live chat I was able to successfuly resolve. There's absolutely nothing about this company that I find not to like so I'm happy to recommend it to family and friends and anyone else reading this review and I hope that your experience will be equally as good as mine and can forsee no reason why it should't be.

Easy ordering and communication.Reasonable delivery. However, I buy into having my order delivered to my front door as I am unable to carry a 10kg sack. Bring repeatedly leave it by the postbox on the road which makes it difficult for me.

My dogs love their deliveries
I have been feeding my dogs Essential Foods dry dog meal for 3 years. Before this, I fed a raw diet. I am very impressed with the quality of products and also the service. If you have a question, you can call the expert team who are knowledgeable and very helpful. Delivery is straight to your door, usually the day after order, depending on the time you order. The extra touch of treats is very nice. I have recommended this feed to a number of friends who also feed the dry dog meal. My eldest dog is a fussy eater and would often miss a couple of meals a week until I fed her this. A firm favourite is the nautical. They also love the treats, again my eldest likes the sea crackers. My dogs appear healthy and this has been commented by the vet at their yearly health check. I can highly recommend this food.
