I had surgery at Estetica Istanbul a week ago. So far, I am very satisfied with the results, and I am currently in the healing process. We received excellent care—everyone was truly kind and supportive. Dr. Akin does beautiful work. The doctors, assistants, patient coordinators, and translators are all highly recommendable; I felt very well looked after at all times.
Our driver was also the best—always punctual, friendly, and helpful. When our condition allowed, he even took us on a short trip and showed us some beautiful places.
I highly recommend this clinic. ❤️

The staff of Estetica Istanbul were very attentive, from the driver Edem, to Cenk including the supervision from Italy (thanks Andrea)! Everyone was professional, attentive, kind and always smiling. The experiemce with dr Akim and his assistant was also excellent. The Hospital experiemce could be improved, as I had more difficulty being alone, and the staff who mainly didn’t speak english, weren’t always available or quick to respond in few cases

Let me start by saying that I learned about Estetica Istanbul based on the wonderful reviews. My first contact was Andrea. A kind and sweet woman who answered every question I had. Thanks to her, I was able to meet my surgeon in Milan and have direct contact before the procedure (which is essential for me). It's important to note that I traveled ALONE. Once I arrived at the airport, I met Adem, the nicest and kindest driver in the world. He immediately took care of me and accompanied me to the hotel. I stayed at the Antewell Hotel. Clean Spaces, generous and delicious breakfasts, spacious and modern rooms. Now let's talk about Cenk. Not only is he an Italian/Turkish interpreter, but he was also very protective of me. He constantly made sure I was okay and didn't need anything. He bought me all my post-surgery medications and posted everything discussed during the visits (advice/medications, etc.) in the WhatsApp group. He was always with me during travel, visits, and pre- and post-surgery. And finally, the artist: Dr. Akin (my new Michelangelo Buonarroti). Young, dynamic, kind, thoughtful, and excellent at his job. He'll answer all your questions and concerns. He'll take care of you, especially after surgery, making sure everything is healing well. I want to thank this wonderful team for introducing me to such wonderful people. I can recommend you to everyone. I had a wonderful time! THANK YOU, WITH ALL MY HEART.

As someone living in Istanbul, I took my time researching clinics, and I am really glad I chose Estetica. The staff were professional without being pushy, and the whole process felt smooth from consultation to post-op. It's clearly they care about quaility, not just attracting international clients. Highly recommend if you are looking for serous, well-run care locally. The only thing I'd change is maybe shorter wait times on the day of procedure, unnecessarily long in my opinion.

I am extremely satisfied with Estetica Istanbul and Dr. Akin. 1.5 years ago I had Lipo 360 and BBL, and the results are truly amazing. Everything was perfectly organized, from the first contact to the aftercare. I felt well guided and taken care of throughout the whole process. Sono entrata in contatto con Elif,patient manager,che ha risposto a tutte le mie domande in maniera non solo professionale ma anche empatica.
Ha organizzato una vidrochiamata con il chirurgo, il.dott Akin Inaloz,che non solo mi ha spiegato le modalità degli interventi da me richiesti,ma avendo dei problemi di salute si è preoccupato di farmi fare una serie di analisi ,ha consultato il suo reumatologo per comparare le risposte con il mio...dimostrando di essere non solo bravo ma anche estremamente professionale e attento.
Quindi sempre grazie ad Elif,abbiamo prenotato il viaggio.
Non mo sono preoccupata di nulla,dal momento dell'arrivo in aereoporto si sono presi cura di me,mi hanno coccolato!
Il giorno dell'operazione sono stati con me fino al momento dell'operazione.
Quando mi sono svegliata il chirurgo era con me,con il un sorriso rassicurante .
Le infermiere della clinica sono state umane come non mi sarei aspettata.
Insomma un'esperienza serena e positiva a 360° tanto che il prossimo anno tornerò per farmi "sistemare" altro...
Questo basta per fare capire quanto questa clinica sia una realtà professionale e qualitativa .
Rientrata in Italia ,seguono tutt'ora i controlli tramite watsapp e sta andando tutto alla pefezione.

Among the various clinics searched on the internet I immediately chose Istanbul aesthetics
..and I am satisfied with it.
Breast augmentation and full face lifting + blepharoplasty.
I got in touch with Elif, patient manager, who answered all my questions in a way that was not only professional but also empathetic.
She organized a video call with the surgeon, Dr. Akin Inaloz, who not only explained to me the procedures for the interventions I requested, but having health problems he took care of having me do a series of tests, he consulted his rheumatologist to compare the answers with mine... proving to be not only good but also extremely professional and attentive.
So again thanks to Elif, we booked the trip.
I am not worried about anything now, from the moment I arrived at the airport they took care of me, they pampered me!
On the day of the operation they were with me until the moment of the operation.
When I woke up the surgeon was with me, with a reassuring smile.
The nurses at the clinic were human like I would not have expected.
In short, a serene and positive experience at 360° so much so that next year I will return to have something else "fixed"...
This is enough to understand how much this clinic is a professional and qualitative reality.
Back in Italy, they still follow the checks via WhatsApp and everything is going perfectly.
So if like me you are looking for a clinic...I hope this review will lead you towards your choice.

Great Experience

I’ve been recommended Estetica Istanbul by our close friends and I was not disappointed one bit, everybody working there made feel safe always were checking up on me after my Hair Transplant/Rhinoplasty, everybody from the team I don’t wanna mention names for privacy purposes were amazing and made this feel like a vacation, I’m 100% RECOMMENDING Estetica Istanbul they are amazing at their job and hospitality is in an all time HIGH, I will come back to my review with results on my operation, so far it’s amazing!

I had my doubts of traveling to a strange land and doing this surgery but Elif and her team Estetica proved my fears wrong. From the moment I landed and to the moment I left turkey, the team really really took very good care of me. I never felt scared or alone or being treated impartially or felt left out, so yes I definitely recommend Estetica for your surgical needs. A huge shout out to Elif, Dr Narmin Mamadova and her team, Elif team of nurses and colleagues to bring me around and so. Awesome hospitality, great feeling after surgery and a great bang for money!

fantastic experience, which I would recommend to all those who want to have an operation, be it rhinoseptoplasty as in my case or any type of operation a person may desire... in this clinic they will make all your dreams come true, you will always be at ease and followed 24 hours a day even after the operation, wherever you come from in the world there will always be an interlocutor for you who will speak your language making you feel included in everything (in my case, in Italian).. professional chururgi who are truly passionate about their work .. I have finally realized one of my biggest dreams and thanks to my surgeon just after 7 days I was finally able to look at myself in the mirror after 20 years in which I couldn't do it, and for this I will never be grateful enough to her.. trust them and you will finally be happy

What can I say, I relied on Estetica Istanbul because I know a friend who had trusted them for another type of intervention and in turn put me in contact with a girl who explained hers in detail, so I decided to contact them . And Andrea the consultant, essential, professional, always active, quick to respond, never abandons you. Many here in Italy are sceptical, but the world is changing, there are doctors who operate in robotics on patients sitting at a desk, but there is still "fear" of going abroad. Obviously there was a bit of fear. But I had a good time. They picked me up at the airport and I was transported with my companions to the hotel, the next day in the early afternoon I had blood tests and was admitted to hospital, I had a visit with the doctor. Ayberk Akçay (young, but with fifteen years of experience behind him) accompanied by the fabulous translator Ezgi and Osman, were precise knowing that I have allergies. After the surgery, after about 6 hours between one infusion and another, I could move independently. Check-ups during and after the hospital stay with treatment of antibiotics and painkillers that continue until you return (included in the package), so you feel almost nothing if you want another sheath they will get you one straight away (at your expense). For everything the time you are there the Estetica Istanbul staff will assist you with your every need Cenc and Osman helped us to buy yes and go to the mall. You will have a chat with everyone and therefore your doctor will always be informed and you will have post-operative photo consultations. The clean clinic has friendly and helpful staff. I hope I have been detailed and helpful to those who decide to choose them. I am satisfied

Estetica Istanbul help me to found a perfect clinic and doctor for my smile makeover! 25 teeth crowns included 3 implants give me perfect smile what I was wishing for so long :) I did research for teeth crowns already almost two years and at the end I pick them so that can tell something! All the extras like transport from airport hotel etc will be also carry on by them so u can focus on your makeover. My experience with Estetica Istambul was more than great. My assistant was Judyta Mocko. She’s very caring and gentle person. Helpful with my every question. My driver Adem also was very nice and funny person. With them two I could forget about all the stress before my surgery. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr Tosun’s team is very professional. The 3 nights in Turkey were hassle free with a lovely hotel and all transfers taken care of. All questions I had prior to the surgery were answered immediately and now having had the surgery I am excited for the results. I cannot recommend Estetica Istanbul enough.
