Warranty re-work - 10 months Delay

Returned home after a week in Budapest, feeling pretty pleased about the work done to my teeth there from 24.08.2025 to 29.08.2025.
I didn't panic when I felt the bridge cracking only (about) two weeks later. I called the dentists oslo office, and got an appointment to fix it (I thought).. The 1 appointment went well, and I was told that this is undoubtedly warranty work. I was told to go home and wait for a call from her (the dentist) within a couple of day's. That was late september or early October 2025, and here we are about 9-10 months, 4-5 dentist appointments , a lot of waiting for a phone call that never came, numerous emails back and forth with different messages every time, except the one that promise to call me back shortly...Now, soon a year in the process, the bridge is deteriorating more and more for every day, and I'm super scared the front tooth (or half of it) will fall out, and/or the cracks/holes in the porcelain will cause a even bigger problem... I am so disappointed, tired and are feeling confused & bullied, at this point. My advise to people considering using Eurodent is "You really shouldn't"
Please re-consider, Because if anything happens, and you need some re-work done. You might find their warranty proved worthless:
■ re-think going to Budapest to fix your teeth, nor use the other offices in Norway.
■if you do it regardless, please make sure they document everything, and give you a copy of everything.
I'm still hoping this is a misunderstanding due to communication problems or whatnot...
