Decent website experience but an item I ordered did not arrive on time. When I requested an update they stated it would be 2 more days so I waited several days and it still had not arrived. After querying again they then stated it would be a few more days and it eventually arrived. I do not know why they couldn't have just given me the tracking information. The lid I ordered was bigger than the description size so I had to request a refund, the courier was very prompt and arrived to pick up the item. I still have not received my refund after 3 weeks.

Absolutely love our Picasso white gloss chairs . They were purchased to go with our white gloss kitchen table . The existing chairs were leather and had been wrecked by our cat’s claws . Our new chairs compliment the table perfectly and are cat proof .They came well packaged and were easy to assemble. They were also much cheaper than 2 other sites we had found them on . Very happy customer.

When I placed my order it said it would arrive in 2-3 business days. Over 10 days later there is no sign of said item which is required for my university course tomorrow. Useless to me unless it arrives before 9am.

A quick and reliable service.

Excellent overnight service (even though I just missed the 5pm cutoff). Only problem, the plastic packs had some sort of very sticky dark brown grease on them which was difficult to get off the packs, my hands, and clothes. But for accuracy and speed of the order I cannot fault them.

Requested to pay by phone, no call received and order was then cancelled by Euroffice! Tried to place order only to find price was significantly higher.

Quick and easy to order and super fast delivery. 1st class item. Very pleased.

I needed a thank you present for the wonderful team at the hospital I had to attend. Your boxes of biscuits were the perfect solution. Individual packets would be great for lots of people working different shifts.
The price was reasonable and having next day delivery meant they were certain to be here before my next appointment.
They were delivered when I was out and I hadn't had the option of saying where I wanted them left. But when I arrived home they were in my parcel box, in excellent condition, no dents in the boxes and out of the rain.

I generally find Euroffice to be reliable, competitve and easy find what I need. However I think it is time for a poor review on one aspect of their service....delivery to Northern Ireland. I have now on 3 occaisions tried to order multiple monitors and each time they have failed to deliver. First time no notifications to tell me this and needed some queries in before finding out. Second time I did get a call but only to say they are out of stock (they werent) third time I rang to ask first and the best answer was "maybe not worth risking it". The reason of course I am in Northern Ireland and whatever model Euroffice use to purchase items and deliver means that the warehouse/supplier is too lazy and/or too stupid to take the appropriate actions and know what to do when supplying to Northern Ireland, Now I know this may be their distributors issue but the blame still falls back on Euroffice. I order from them and I expect them to deliver, I dont care about the issues , I care about getting the items i want, when i want them and I don't want to be playing games of order what you want and guess what you will get. So from that respect very very poor service,
