Eventbrite don't make it easy when a venue is cancelled. (stating full refund will be arranged) I bought 2 tickets, the system only allowed me to buy 1 at a time! So one in my name the other in my wife's name. Event gets cancelled and hours later I find the Refund button. When looking for the other tickets refund thing - it states code or whatever in your email box. No it's not. and having tried many times it still isn't coming through for that second ticket for £50. Event organiser cant figure it out either. No Eventbrite Address given to write to with the details for them to check. Not please with this outfit, 1st time using them too.
