I buy the product at Walmart in Canada usually but they haven’t had the particular one I like so decided to buy directly from the company. I didn’t realize it was USD and also was charged for shipping on an order over 100.00 which promised free shipping. I immediately contacted them because the money came out of my account. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income so every dollar matters and was told they couldn’t cancel the order and I would either have to wait until the order came and refuse shipment or they could give me 10% off. I decided on the 10% but they will not even start the process on that until the parcel is delivered. To say I will never purchase from them again is an understatement because their lack of customer service is reprehensible.

They have the worst level of service. After I had to send my first order to my mom's senior building address (because they don't ship to my po box), the package never got delivered so I called and spoke w/ customer service. He advised he would send another and they did but would not allow me to order after that. TERRIBLE LEVEL OF SERVICE.

Smells good but don’t work! Deodorant is expensive and when I buy it I want it to work! This don’t even last a full day!

2 items in my order were busted and leaked over everything. All the items were gifts and completely unusable. Because I did not pay for extra package protection, the company refused to reship or offer a refund. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Worst customer service ever and based on reading others’ reviews, I'm not alone in this experience of dismissiveness and barrage of excuses coming from Every Man Jack for its poor products, operations, and customer service. I never got my package and Customer Care / Alyssa's response was basically Too bad, you should have purchased the insurance. In addition to paying for the goods and shipping (or buying additional items I otherwise would not have bought in order to get "free" shipping), the customer must also pay extra in order to actually get the goods??? What a scam.

Unlike credible and reliable companies who work to ensure the customer gets the products they paid for and are happy with them, Every Man Jack takes your money, then washes their hands and couldn’t care less about whether or not their customer receives what they paid EMJ for, or that the delivery service that EMJ hired does the job that the delivery company was hired to do. EMJ’s "Customer Care" / "Customer Support" is apparently set up to come up with endless excuses to screw over the customer rather than actually providing care or support. I'm not even sure why EMJ bothers to send a Delivery Experience survey if EMJ’s response to customers reporting issues is that it's not EMJ’s problem and then point the finger at the customer and/or the delivery service - anyone except EMJ. What a joke.

For a company that sells consumer products in a category that relies on customers making repeated purchases over many years, and EMJ presumably spending money for customer acquisition (such as for the advertisements that I clicked on in order to make the purchase), it’s baffling that they then just throw away their customers and frustrate them so much that not only will such customers never purchase from EMJ again, but had such terrible experiences with EMJ that we'll be sure to spread the word about it.

I just recieved my shipment and it came damaged, plus I did read some of their reviews. Their pretty much the same as mine, it's quite a bit of disappointing to knowing that their brand didn't live up to its expectations and I'm a first time customer.
