Couldn't fault the company until my razor broke too easily for the price point I paid and I emailed them to express my disappointment. The company ignored my formal complaint meaning I had to go to the razor brand directly to seek resolution. Ignoring a formal complaint is indefensible, even if a company has a different view to a consumer. In hindsight I wish I'd just bought from the manufacturer directly.

Best Costumer service ever. After a delay on the delivery, I email the costumer service, they gave me an answer in less than 10 minutes, offering me to refund me the price of the express delivery. The best thing, once open the box, I notice they gave me some fabulous fribbies as well.

Got a new shaving soap as well now. Love you guys ❤️

I purchased a Rex Konsul razor which is an expensive razor, which is reflected in the quality and efficiency of its performance.

I did not use the razor for sometime after purchase given it was a birthday gift bought during a discounted period. There was a couple of issues with the razor which is particularly rare looking at this razors reviews.

I worked with Robert who liaised with the company on my behalf in the states. After a few weeks the razor was returned and was as good as new.

Usual first class service from Executive Shaving CO.,only problem was the Royal Mail strike which had an effect on delivery .( it was one week for delivery), normally it’s only a couple of days.

I am very pleased with Executive Shaving Company for what they have done for me, due to the postal strike I am just waiting for my shaving brush I would. I highly recommend this Comp. For their professionalism and customer service and quality of products and I will certainly use them again in the future.

Fast delivery, quality product

I contacted Executive Shaving and asked them to recommend a safety razor for me. After being asked several questions such as how thick my beard was, how comfortable I was changing blades etc they came up with options at various price points. I decided to purchase a Rockwell T2 and am delighted with it. It arrived promptly and thanks to their expert advice I know I have purchased the perfect razor for me.
