ExoClick is an ad network serving 8 billion daily geo-targeted ads to a global network of 65,000 publishers. Bid via our self-service platform or programmatically. +20 ad formats: Video, Push, Pops, Native, Banners, Email Clicks. Deep targeting, automation tools and 24/7 Customer Success Managers and Compliance Specialists. LEGAL NOTICE: ExoClick aims to offer a secure and clean network to both our Advertisers and Publishers, which is why our rules and requirements are shared transparently and clearly in our Guidelines. This means that Publishers are well aware that after sending non-organic traffic they will not receive the payment generated by this type of traffic, as we have to compensate the affected Advertisers, as well as terminate the relationship with the Publisher by closing their account. Consequently, ExoClick reserves the right to pursue any required legal action against those Publishers who, despite breaching our Guidelines and, possibly, violating third-party rights, decide to leave negative reviews about us with manifestly false information that is likely to mislead the audience and, ultimately, to damage the Company's reputation.

My publisher account was permanently terminated for allegedly violating Clause 5.4. I asked what exactly I did wrong, and ExoClick Compliance Team basically said: "Sorry, that’s confidential."
Apparently, you’re allowed to be accused of violating a specific clause, but not allowed to know what you actually did to violate it. Even more amusing, their own Clause 5.3 says Sellers may raise an objection and provide a statement and evidence regarding the alleged breach. Hard to provide evidence against an accusation when the accusation itself is apparently classified.
I guess the secret ingredient to ExoClick’s compliance process is simply: “trust us, bro.” Truly impressive transparency.
If you’re considering buying or selling a website through this platform, my advice is: think twice and do your own research first. This is simply how their compliance process worked in my case. Source? Trust me, bro😭
If you're thinking about using this ad network, know that it will just be a waste of your time. My site had been running for almost a month when, shockingly, my account was shut down one day before payment was due, citing Clause 5.4 (non-human traffic). Ironic, isn't it? If you're just starting out in this market, look for another ad network and stay away from ExoClick! Before signing up with them, I saw several complaints about this exact issue, but I decided to risk my time and money anyway, and unsurprisingly, the same thing happened to me. So don't make the same mistake I did — just stop giving your money to this scam platform.

Guys, I would never recommend this site ExoClick
. As soon as my payout was processed, they blocked my account without any warning or explanation. They didn’t give me any reason at all. In my experience, this is a total scam. Stay away from this site!
ExoClick is a BIG SCAMMERS DONT TRUST THANKS

Using it since more than year now , I want to tell users don't ever try to contact exoclick for any problem, if you contact them for support you cpm will go to zero , exoclick support team become angry if you contact them and your cpm goes 0.00$ , so never contact them if you want to earn . I have screen shots and emails from last few years that contacting them will give you 0.00$ cpm in return , I don't know why they do this , may be frustration that they got support chat or emails . So advice to all never contact them for support otherwise they will pull all frustration on your account .

Do not trust the bad things you see online about ExoClick. I was worried about that too. They have good support.
I received my first payout from ExoClick and there were no issues at all.
I am just writing my own experience. Take it or leave it as you wish.
I absolutely recommend Exoclick for Publishers.

Absolutely awful experience as an advertiser. I registered, spent hours to set up my ads, transfered 200 usdt, and they blocked me for no reason, no guidelines were offended. The refund went back to Binance public wallet and now I've spent about two weeks trying to make Binance give me my money back with zero help from exoclick. Awful company, please stay away at all costs. Probably the worst advertising experience in my life.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
I was registered with this company as a Publisher for about 2 weeks, after I added the sites and they were accepted, I started receiving traffic, I had about 17 euros there, but in the morning I opened my email and with amazement I see this message:
"Hello Radu,
I am contacting you on behalf of the ExoClick Compliance department regarding an internal analysis of your publisher account activity.
Please note that following a comprehensive technical audit of the quality of your traffic and the performance of your inventory, we have made the decision to permanently close your account/accounts, effective immediately. Your web inventory does not meet our mandatory network requirements and is in direct violation of our Publishing Rules and Clause 5.4 of our Terms and Conditions.
⚖️ Contractual Notice (Clause 5.4): According to our corporate policy and the network terms, all remaining and outstanding balances in your profile are forfeited and non-refundable. These funds are retained to systematically compensate advertisers for non-compliant traffic generated by your website(s).
Account Status:
Your current account is permanently closed.
You are no longer permitted to operate on our marketplace. Any future accounts registered under your name will be identified and automatically closed without prior notice.
This administrative decision is final and will not be reversed. Thank you for your initial interest in our platform and we wish you much success in your future business.
Best regards,
Simon

Best Network For Publisher and payment always on time
I had a very disappointing experience with ExoClick as a publisher.
After working with their platform, my account was suddenly terminated following what they described as an "internal review." The email stated that my traffic did not meet their quality requirements, but no specific evidence, reports, or examples of the alleged violations were provided.
What was even more frustrating was that my pending earnings were forfeited under Clause 5.4 of their Terms and Conditions, leaving me with no opportunity to appeal or resolve the issue. I believe publishers deserve transparency, especially when such serious actions are taken.
I understand that every advertising network has the right to enforce its policies, but permanently closing an account, withholding earnings, and refusing to explain the specific reasons does not inspire confidence.
If you're considering ExoClick, be aware that your account can be closed without detailed feedback, and according to their policies, pending earnings may be withheld if they determine your traffic is non-compliant.
This was my personal experience, and I hope the company improves its communication and transparency with publishers in the future.

Give Me My Earnings
if there is 0 star i will probably give it to you
They claimed there were “traffic quality issues” and accused me of violating Clause 5.4 of their Terms. However, I am 100% confident that I did not use any fake, bot, incentivized, or prohibited traffic methods. All my traffic sources were legitimate. and also iam using cloudflare in my website
dont use this scam website wasting ur time and energy for months

ExoClick permanently banned my publisher account and withheld all earnings without giving any real explanation or evidence.
Support only sent a generic message about “fraudulent impressions” and “traffic quality”, but refused to explain what exactly caused the issue. No warning, no chance to fix anything.
Feels like they can ban publishers and keep the money whenever their system detects something suspicious, even without clear proof.
I would not recommend working with this network as a publisher.

They won't even tell you why they refuse to do business with you.
edit: even their ai response is awful and does not address their criticism.

Exoclick closed our account without warning and refused to payout earnings. They cited section 5.4 of their terms were violated but did not provide any specific violations. My website did not engage in any fraudulent impression activity, we communicated directly with support when implementing our ad zone and implemented them according to their guidelines.

I advertise as an affiliate marketer on here and I can say their customer service is top notch! They respond quickly and are very helpful, so if you are beginner, you can count on their expertise, even though it's self-service. They even have courses available for free where the platform and functions are explained and a blog with loads of helpful information. I consider this great, because I know from other platforms that this kind of customer service is by far not the norm. Thanks guys, great work!

We run our website at this network and our website had millions of traffic to tier 1 countries.
But revenue is still lower than expected.
Worst experience with this network.
And response rate is too low.
I do not recommend this to any one.

As a professional in the digital advertising industry, I cannot recommend ExoClick. The traffic quality is notoriously poor, with bot and fraud levels that make achieving a positive ROI nearly impossible for legitimate advertisers.
Most concerning is the company’s total lack of transparency and integrity. If you scroll through the 5-star reviews on this platform, you will find a glowing recommendation from a "Bryan McDonald." A simple search on LinkedIn reveals that Bryan McDonald is actually the Compliance Director at ExoClick.
I have already officially reported this review to Trustpilot as a fake/conflict of interest. When the person in charge of "Compliance" is caught posing as a customer to inflate his own company’s rating, it tells you everything you need to know about their ethics. If they are willing to deceive the public about their reputation, imagine what they are doing with your advertising budget. Spend your money on a network where the traffic—and the honesty—are real.

When you made money and payment day arrived they close your account. And I read all bad comments about this company. their reason always same. low traffic quality. I don't understand. If traffic quality is low then don't count this clicks. You have a website that's open to the whole world, but they're saying the site owner needs to block bot traffic and so on. That's quite absurd. If there's bot traffic in your site traffic and you can detect it on payment day, I suppose you could do that every day, every moment, right? In other words, if you don't show ads to bot traffic, everything will be fine. I sense malicious intent in what you're doing.

Exoclick's payment options are limited to niche options for publishers based in the United States. I withdrew $168 from my account via AVAX coin and have been unable to get my funds out of the Avalance blockchain.
The entire process has been extremely convoluted and unecessarily confusing. Why can't I take my money out through PayPal? How about a wire transfer? Their customer support is nothing special and could not resolve this issue.
I don't recommend. I've lost money using exoclick and don't want others to lose their hard earned money either. Beware.
