The food tasted great but GEEZ what slow service!! The wait time was terrible and the centre isn't even busy!! Drinks were served after a big wait as well, so maybe your system isnt working well enough!!

We had a tour booked and due to numbers not being there had to cancel and as we are from Adelaide we couldn’t make the full day trip that was offered to us as an upgrade at no extra cost . I asked if a refund was possible and they said yes, so we’re extremely happy with the result!! next year when I come to Palm Cove I will rebook with you guys🙏🏻

I've been on a month holdiay and use experience oz to book multiple attractions, most recently cairns aquarium and the croc farm at Cairns also. Easy,cheaper and emailed immediately with the voucher etc.
