Very poor experience. I paid for an item to pick up, only to be told at the last minute that it wasn't in stock. The staff showed no concern and failed to offer any apology. It is clear that the 'customer-first' approach they claim to have on their website is not reflected in their actual service. I would not recommend.

Good service, friendly delivery people

I bought a brand new free standing freezer and after it was delivered when I unpacked it there was massive fall damage on the top of the door. Rather than immediately replace the whole thing (I don’t trust that any moving parts didn’t experience shock damage) they told me to just run it, see if it works and they’ll arrange a replacement door. I did as they asked and have asked them multiple times when they will deliver and install my door… no response, and this was to an email that was responsive before. It feels very much like ghosting. I’m still waiting for almost a week now.

This is the worst service I experienced ever. Don’t order any installation from them. They are incompetent, dishonest, rescheduling appointments without any reason. I ended up getting dishwasher installed in 5 appointments and ended up with them throwing away the front panel by mistake. What was supposed to be a simple service, turned out to be a nightmare. It’s been 5 months and they still didn’t fix the problem. Just passed it to equally incompetent insurance. I advise going to competition. Never again

We bought a washing machine and microvawe oven and both were delivered last week in good condition and are working properly.

They have fast, good and reliavble delivery service.

After looking and searching several days for a cooker plate, I finally found one in Expert Shop from Ijmuijden (hope is correct). Speaking on the phone with the gentleman from store, I understood perfect that the Siemens Cooker Plate that i choose it is the perfect gift for Christmas. Thank you for your true friendly customer service, fair and correct description of the appliance sold. 5 Stars guys, and keep up.

The PC desktop was delivered some five days after the order was placed, but unfortunately proved to be the wrong model. To Expert's credit, the correct model was delivered the very next day.

We bought a new steam iron at the store of Export Drunen . The service is excellent,the people are very polite and 100% serious . You can reach the store well and the contact and repley from the staff is always to our satisfaction

I ordered an AC online and DHL caused trouble with delivery. The expert service was outstanding! They ordered a new AC to their shop and delivered it with the inhouse service to my desired time to my place within 3 days!

Very friendly customer service

I ordered a Garmin 55 Forerunner from the web shop of Expert Maastricht. When I confirmed the order I only received an email saying that my order was being processed, no tracking number, no delivery date. Nothing. After a week and a half with no update, I rang them again and they say garmin had a problem shipping orders. They could not tell me if my watch would be here tomorrow or next month. I asked for a refund and cancelled my order. Terrible service, terrible customer service. Why do shops like this exist?
