The long wait for delivery was unacceptable. I emailed the company twice but had no response.
I have not used the products yet so can't comment on the quality but given my experience so far I'm not expecting much.

Had to go through PayPal to get a refund. No tracking number issued for a week and email address bounces back. You get bombarded with emails but can't get your products when you do order.

Waited over a week for delivery with no update, only to receive a third of my original order despite it being marked as fulfilled. Customer service is non-existent and when they do manage to contact you, they take days to respond. Shame as the products look good but unfortunately sucked in by advertising and pricing

Stjarnagloss piss all over this company

I would pay to never deal with this company again….I stopped using this company due to the constant issues with delayed dispatch times . I thought I would give them another try due to there new 24 hour dispatch claims.

I ordered Sunday evening we are now the following Friday and my items have still not been dispatched. I have contacted customer support and given the usual BS excuse that they have more orders than usual .

Clearly nothing has changed within the warehouse and dispatch times are as useless as before . Don’t claim 24 hour dispatch if you can’t fulfill that …

Many other companies offer the same products with way better customer experience.

If you actually want your product to arrive i recommend Stjarnagloss instead.

£12 delivery to Northern Ireland is ridiculous. I was about to order over £20 worth of product for the first time, got to checkout to be hit with a £12 delivery charge…. I think not, waste of time but at least I know not to even bother next time.

Just received my first order from them , very impressed with the products, and especially the very competitive pricing, delivery was quick and on date company estimated, and their customer service cannot be faulted, will just say this is the most effective/helpful customer service from a company that I’ve came across and I’m now into my 60s

I purchased several of these car care products while they were on sale for £1 per bottle. Unfortunately, the quality and condition of the products were very disappointing.

The labels and stickers on the bottles appeared old, worn, and poorly stored, which immediately raised concerns about how long the products had been sitting on the shelf. More importantly, the smell of the products was extremely strong and unpleasant, with a harsh chemical odour that did not seem normal for car care products.

Although I cannot confirm that the products were expired, their overall appearance, condition, and smell gave the impression that they may have been very old or past their best. The products also performed poorly and felt generally substandard.

I understand these were sold for only £1 each, but the low price should not mean customers receive products of questionable quality or condition. The products should be checked properly before being offered for sale.

Overall, I was very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend these products based on my experience.

Ordered products via website, code worked for discount. Went to pay via PayPal and still shows to pay at discounted price. Clicked pay. And the discount was removed, charged full price. Contacted their customer support explained to them and provided screenshots, they said no issues you were charged the correct price, I said please cancel all order in that case. Same day contacted PayPal and raised a case. They replied via email 2 days later to confirm cancelled and refunded. The following day got email to say order dispatched. Contacted PayPal they said they haven't issued or about to issue refund, plus they have added your account to subscription ready for next payment. I asked PayPal to cancel that advanced payment.
Seems like a scam subscription.
Ezcarcare trading as halo, is rubbish and you can't trust anything they advertise and say even if they reply in email. I have warned all people about their customer services and what they say they will do and didn't. No business from me or friends. To this date they still not refunded. And PayPal dispute case they said no issues, prices are correct. I call this false advertising and selling as that is not what price I clicked pay. Scamming people

Ordered Sunday night and was delivered by Thursday tracking was provided Monday morning so very good experience using EZ car care

Shambles of a company
Placed an order on 28th August
Was 6no 5 litres jars of their product
Was told that I would get 3 free small bottles of a new product with my order (a promotion)
Happy days I thought
Then the 3 free bottles arrived ….nothing else
A few emails later and still nothing has arrived or no tracking number recieved

Takes forever to receive your items and I wasn’t happy that the fusion hydrophobic spray left a mottled film all over the car even when applied in the shade, they also only seem to show positive reviews on the website.

Delivery is awful.... got a delivery date sat in wsiting for it...nothing... next day nothing... customer services are awful they just said it will turn up !!! i paid for 48 hour service .... 1 week later nothing... now they wont reply.... DO NOT BOTHER people as they don't give a toss

Terrible company. Sent my order to wrong address. Said they would send the order again, no contact since. They never answer the phone and aren’t replying to my emails. Trying to get a refund through my bank now.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE!!

Excellent products! I have been using EZ Car Care for car cleaning and detailing for several years now, their guidance on how to select and use their products is excellent. The deals EZ Car Care have are superb value and are sent out very quickly.

I have had our cars professionally ceramic coated, maintaining the condition and shine of them is super easy using EZ products!

Highly recommended!!

Products were good, but non existent remote customer support means that you just hope you don’t have an issue with the order.
Also, frustrating that they don’t discount some products one week then discount it fully the next, just after you have ordered.
Also, the fixed price postage costs are steep if you are only ordering a sample of their products, so you are “encouraged” to buy in excess.

Good service good products value for money

A fairly normal set of products but they certainly don't respect their customers. Immediately after the first purchase they bombard you with spam emails. At this level of email harassment, it makes you wonder if it a legitimate company or not!

I made an order costing £60. However after seeing reviews of average products I have decided to cancel my order. I have had no response via email and nobody answers the phone so I'm stuck with a pending direct debit from my account. Shocking communication.

Like many others, if I had read the reviews first I would never have placed an order. I ordered on 23 August (over £60). On Friday 28 August I was told it would be dispatched on Saturday and arrive on Monday. I was given a tracking number, but for the past five days it has simply said “Royal Mail are expecting a parcel.” There is still no sign of it being delivered this week.
That means it has now been more than two weeks with no confirmed delivery date. I have yet to see the products themselves, but I will not be ordering again because of the poor communication and the length of time it is taking. It speaks volumes that the company has not responded to any of the reviews here to apologise or address people’s concerns.
I can only wait and see when (or if) my order finally arrives.
