Just received my Kimi Antonelli 2026 Mercedes AMG Petronas Replica Race Suit from F1 Authentics and I gotta say I’m blown away by it. It looks great and true to the actual race suit with a lot of intricate details. Awesome piece of F1 memorabilia especially since Kimi is on the brink of the championship.

I was also mightily impressed with F1 Authentics. The race suit was nicely packed in a soft drawstring bag and placed in an F1 Authentics branded box along with the original OMP suit bag. Shipping was super fast, I got my race suit in just a few days via DHL, and F1 Authentics also sent me update emails all the way through to the point I received my item. And a shout out to Louise from Customer Services who was very friendly, responsive and helpful. All in all, a very positive experience purchasing from F1 Authentics. Thank you!

I have used F1 Authentics a number of times, and the latest was for a personalised Chequered Flag square from the 2026 Dutch GP. I ordered it as a 21st birthday present for my youngest daughter and from a GP we were both lucky enough to go to, though I didn't tell her I had purchased it, so a nice surprise when it arrived last week. She is really delighted with it and it is now proudly on show with her F1 memorabilia.

My experience with F1 Authentics has been very positive. I have 2 of their Checkered flag products, a framed version and their acrylic version. Their customer service has been very responsive at all phases of the process. They let me know in detail when the merchandise would be dispatched after the race and DHL provided highly detailed tracking info. When questioned, the always responded within 24 hours. Having a double-sided flag can cause seen or unseen photography issues, but the finished product is displayed with excellent craftsmanship and is a treasure to proudly display! They have an incredible amount of race used and team items. I look forward to adding more of their authentic inventory to my personal collection!

Avoid this fraudulent company at all costs.

Having bid on multiple items on a recent auction, the auction ended before it was due to, supposedly due to a technical issue. After a couple of days, I was called by an employee from F1 Authentics/Memento and offered certain items from the auction at drastically inflated prices.

It was agreed that I could purchase some of the items at the highest bid at the time the auction ended however 2 of the items never arrived and after contacting F1 authentics, I was told that there was a mix up and these items had now been sold to someone else. One of the items arrived and was nothing like the item that I paid for.

All in all, they have been an absolute pain to deal with and in my opinion, are committing fraudulent auction practices.

How an earth they have gained a licence with F1 is absolutely beyond me.

I think the overall concept is brilliant and I really liked the idea behind the experience, but unfortunately I have been left really disappointed with both the final product and the customer service.

One of the main reasons for purchasing this was the opportunity to see the flag being used at the Grand Prix and then receive the section containing our personalised square. However, the final photograph provided does not actually show the side of the flag where our square is located. I have since been told that there is no guarantee that the supplied photography will show your individual section of the flag.

For the amount F1 Authentics charges for this experience, I really do not think that is good enough. I imagine most customers purchasing something like this would want to see photographic evidence of their square actually being on the flag, particularly when this is such a significant part of what makes the item special and authentic.

I have spent a lot of time trying to find footage and photographs myself because I genuinely wanted to be proven wrong and be able to clearly see that our square was there. Unfortunately, I still have not been able to find a clear image of the relevant side of the flag.

I have also tried repeatedly to get further clarification from the customer service team, but I do not feel I am getting anywhere. Considering the cost of the experience and the reputation associated with Formula 1, I expected a much higher standard of quality, transparency and customer service.

At this point, I genuinely do not feel confident that what I ordered was definitely on the flag used at the Grand Prix. I was hoping F1 Authentics would be able to provide the evidence to reassure me, but so far they have been unable to do so.

It is such a shame because the idea itself is fantastic, but for an experience at this price point, customers should not be left questioning whether their personalised section was actually there.

Great service. I have ordered several times from here for items for my sons which have always been beautifully packaged.
A framed photo arrived with a small chip out of the frame and the service was second to none, returned and repaired at no cost to myself with excellent communication along the way.

We had ordered the British F1 GP flag trophy. Photos don’t do it any justice. This is of excellent quality and it arrived earlier than expected. Courier was DHL and the tracking was on point right to our door.
We did have an issue, but the customer services dealt with this really quickly and efficiently.

This is my first dealings with F1 authentics and I am very pleased with my purchases (Break disc lamp & Sprint Flag). Both arrived in good time and the pieces are fantastic. Better than I could have imagined, really. The customer service was great too, I asked for some information regarding the Sprint flag and they managed to source some photos which added to the history of the item.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Some of the online reviews make interesting reading and I've also been on the receiving end of it. I won an item in their auction for quite a bit lower than usual items on their website. I then get an email to say the reserve wasn't met even though it specifically said reserve met. I sent them a screenshot to show I have won the item but they then came back to say they have now sold the item on their shop. Absolut con-artists. Their comment is laughable saying they are trying to find a resolution. Their resolution is to offer me a different item which is not what I was bidding on. Again avoid these con-artists.

Ordered a helmet box for a full sized F1 helmet, and I am happy thank you. Very speedy delivery, arrived next day!

Such great quality. I have purchased a number of collectables. Many upcycled items, such as a Mercedes Lewis Hamilton converted championship wheel, upcycled side table. I've loved every purchase. I also they are very good investments

I’ve purchased several items from F1 Authentics over the past 12 months and every item has been unique and a real talking point when people see them.
My latest purchase was a McLaren race-used wheel nut in a display case. Unfortunately the case was damaged during transit, but after contacting them and sending a few photos, their team responded immediately and arranged a courier to collect it.
They remounted the wheel nut in a brand new display case and sent it back to me at no extra cost. No hassle, no arguments, just quick and efficient customer service.
A great company to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.
