Facit bank is not what you think

i have tried to contact Facit bank customer service in every possible way. When i applied for the loan, I didn`t kvow that this bank is totally digital. You can not call them, (it says "this number is not in use.")
And it`s impossible to email them. So, what the heck is this!?
Am I not allowed to have any control over my loan?
Stay away from this dark entety! Is this what the future looks like?

This bank has I would say a strange…

This bank has I would say a very strange policy. I applied for a loan. Employee from that bank called me and as I am not that good in speaking danish I was told that they can't help me because I don't speak danish and that is their policy. Even though I told that I understand danish and read and write very well they rejected my application exactly because of that reason. But of course in an email I got from them, they named absolutely different reason for rejecting it. That looks to me very much like discrimination. I never dealed with something like that in any other financial institution. I simply can't write any good review because of that. The reason for rejecting my application is very much offensive.

It's a very complicated mission to find honesty and professionalism today searching for thrust needs lots of clicking on your keyboard but most of all something that sometimes you're already running out of what you don't have, That's the time!! well take a look over here at Facitbank; they have all that and more

After applying for a loan

After applying for a loan, I was asked to upload various documents. I have uploaded these documents on the given page. I was then asked to call the hotline. When I called the helpline, I heard from an employee that only someone who spoke Danish could get a loan. Is this the policy in your company?

AVOID THEM AT ANY COST.

AVOID THEM AT ANY COST.
I contacted them once for some information, ever since there is not one day that goes by without me getting up to 6/7 calls or SMS per day pressuring me into giving more information or signing some contract regarding bank account or anything they feel like that day.
They have been the most unpleasant company I have ever had to deal with, do not understand the word NO.
They have reached a point in which is no longer information calls or sms it is literally harassment.
