Since we started using Factorial’s ATS, our recruitment process has become much more organized and efficient. 2. Headcount Planning

Factorial has made heacount planning much easier for us with its new module. We now have a clearer overview of our current team structure, planned hires, and future staffing needs, which helps us anticipate changes instead of reacting to them at the last minute. Being able to align headcount with our business goals makes conversations with department managers much more productive. It’s also useful to have the information centralized, as we can review our team needs and make decisions based on a more accurate picture of the company.

3. Expenses

Managing employee expenses used to involve a lot of back-and-forth, collecting receipts, and checking information manually. With Factorial, the process is much more straightforward. Employees can submit their expenses directly, attach receipts, and keep everything organized in one place. For our finance team, this means less time chasing missing documents and reviewing individual requests. The approval process is also much clearer, making it easier to keep track of spending and ensure that everything is properly documented.

One of the things I value most about Factorial is the ability to run employee surveys and gather feedback in a simple way. The Engagement module allows us to understand how people feel about their work environment, identify areas that need improvement, and get a better sense of team morale. Instead of relying only on informal conversations, we can collect feedback in a more structured way and look for patterns across the organization. It also gives employees a way to share their opinions and feel heard. This has helped us make more informed decisions about employee experience and internal initiatives.

The compensation module has made my day-to-day work with our external accounting firm much easier. Having salary information and compensation details organized in Factorial means I can access the data I need without searching through different files or asking several people for updates. When it’s time to coordinate payroll-related information with our accounting firm, everything is much easier to review and share. It has reduced unnecessary administrative work and helped us avoid confusion when dealing with salary changes or employee information. It’s a practical tool that makes an otherwise time-consuming process much simpler.

As a growing consultancy we were looking for ways to enhance our HR processes and came across Factorial. Using Factorial meant we could automate some areas of our onboarding, sync on recruitment easily and give those within the company a better experience.

Since we started using Factorial, onboarding new team members across our stores has become much more organised. The Trainings module lets us set up one course for each role, with our procedures, food safety rules and a knowledge test. The onboarding workflows automatically send tasks to each store manager when someone joins. Every store now trains the same way, and HR saves a lot of time.

I’ve been using Factorial for several years now with different clients, and it’s been a game-changer for streamlining our HR operations. It makes day-to-day tasks like time tracking and leave management so much easier.
