Horrible customer service. I’ve got an email with a tracking number five days after the last day available to pick up the items,so delivery is already on the way back to the sender. And,they refuse to give a money back
Do not buy anything from this shop. Completly shit service with stupid team. I ordered complete baby set but got a basic set which means 1 item is missing. Their solution is me order complete set again and they will give me 50% off..are you freakin serious ?. Why would someonw buy another one when the fault is on your ends? Not to mention the set was supposed to be a gift which was just few days apart. Ordering again wont make it on time . This rubbjsh company caused me head ache. I had to buy a rush gift because it is not good to come with empty hand..do not buy anything from this company at all. Buy somewhere else.
