They have stolen my account balance due to account inactivity and backed this up with their bogus t&C's. Despite the t&c's stating they will attempt to refund the balance or contact me regarding this, no such contact or attempts have been made. This email was also received in during which time the site was down for maintenance therefore being unable to process a withdrawal before this point. Avoid these cowboys at all costs. I shall be leaving this review up until I get a satisfactory outcome.

I requested a withdrawal 23 days ago and was told this was approved and sent. Never recieved any funds so I contacted again and my case was escalated since it was «stuck» on processing. Got told they had some issues with their payment provider and that I would recieve my funds shortly. Still to this day I have not recieved my funds and not recieved and update that ive been promised for weeks. Ive spoke to customer support and all I get hit with is that they will contact shortly on email and my funds will be credited. Almost a month delay because they have problems with their payment provider is simply not my fault. And im tired of hearing that this will be resolved day out and day in with no update ever. I received an email from this scam company for a free 100 euro if I bet a hundred euro,so I thought, why not. I deposited from a debit card and though I'd stick it all on Argentina.
I looked at my account and the deposit was still pending so I contacted their chat and spoke with an Emma. She said that it could take up to an hour for it to be available in my account. I found this very strange and queried it further. She said if lots of people deposit at the same time, I thought to myself, what crap.
Anyway waited for over an hour and still no sign. Got on to chat again and they said that they wanted to see the money leaving my bank and wanted a screen grab of my bank.
Again I thought this is very odd.....I had expected kyc later if I had won but the deposit thing is news to me.
Several emails without reply. Was on to an iileen on chat.....they are now looking for something showing date and time of lodgement from my bank.

I believe this to be a total scam In my opinion. I can see the money pending on my account.

This is a dirty thieving company! They stole £4000 off me. They tried to tell me I had multiple accounts so they just stole all of my money. This is a complete lie. I have only ever had the one account. So I asked from proof and evidence. They showed me nothing but there rule book time after time! I asked for proof and evidence against, got no reply. This company will try to take your money anyway they can. I will not let be a victim of there fraud. So for everyone else thinking to sign up, trust me DONT! There are so many other sites that are better and safer to play on. Fansbet will treat you like dirt and steal from you.

Got a message to deposit and get some bonus on a World Cup match. So I deposited… just to find out 3 days later that the site is under maintenance until the end of the year. Funny enough, even when the site is under maintenance, I still get phone messages to bet on certain matches or deposit to get a bonus… it’s starting to sound like I got scammed! I hope this is just a misunderstanding on my behalf but if by the end of the year site isn’t back and my balance there, be sure I’m going for the authorities of Malta

Please send a complaint about this to the Malta Gaming authority. The site has instructions for filing a complaint. They help the cause forward. I think there is many people who has the same problem.
