About the company: Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.
With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.
From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

I contacted Fantastic services regarding cutting back my hedge. I have been waiting (and chasing several times) for a response and received promises, but nothing else. No call. No appointment. Nothing fantastic about the service I have received. A real shame as I used them a couple of years ago and had a completely different experience
Thank you Adam for rescuing this!
As usual, appalling communication and service.
My regular cleaners are amazing.
But when things go wrong or people don’t turn up, there is just absolutely zero communication despite multiple attempts to get answers on my part. It’s just rubbish.

I was a member for more than 10 years, the customer service most recently is terrible and short sighted. The membership is like a scam as near impossible to use the credits. They’ve also raised their prices significantly. Won’t be using them again due to the recent customer service experiences

Job well done. I am satisfied just that they did not complete the jet wash due to the time frame.
Helpful, polite, hardworking and efficient. Emptying our loft was a hot and messy job that we could never have done on our own. Very appreciative of Yuvraj and Georgi
Very good cleaners efficient polite did a thorough clean. Will have them again as and when.
Thorough oven clean however operative not very friendly and uncommunicative.
Krupa does our regular cleaning and is very thorough with her cleaning. She is patien, helpful and efficient. I'd recommend her.
I was initially really impressed with this service – the app is slick, well-designed, and gives the impression of a professional, reliable business. Unfortunately, the experience behind the scenes couldn’t be more different.
Dealing with the people running it has been incredibly frustrating. Communication is inconsistent at best, and at worst, outright misleading. Promises are made easily but not kept, and when things go wrong, accountability seems to disappear completely. I found myself having to chase repeatedly just to get basic updates, only to be given vague or contradictory responses. You cant actually speak to anyone, just leave a message and they will call back (apparently). Then there was me being appointed their best cleaner - only to find out she had never worked for them before! Then there was the quote to do some repairs - which in itself was not what i asked them to quote for - and they offered me a slight increase to clear the garden - IN A TWO BED UPSTAIRS FLAT!!
It’s disappointing because the platform itself has so much potential. However, a great app means very little when the people behind it lack transparency and professionalism. Trust is essential for any service like this, and based on my experience, that trust simply isn’t there.
I wouldn’t recommend relying on this service unless they make serious improvements to how they handle customers.
