Company bust, lost money with them
They were fantastic over the years, but they have now suddenly closed down and I have an unused £100 voucher from a previous return that I now won't be able to use / won't get my money back

Good service until trying to return goods.
On making the purchase of wallpaper this company was excellent. It was delivered on time and all went swimmingly until we tried to return an unused roll. As per the website I printed a return label and dispatched it. It was delivered by YODEL in good order. Then nothing. I tried to email daily. Only an automated response. I tried to phone and there was no response. This has gone on from 4th July to date. Still no response from anyone. Any suggestions as to how to recover my money would be gratefully received.

Accepting orders and taking money but not delivering what you ordered. Phone number is not in use. Emails go unanswered. Facebook comments get deleted. Facebook messenger goes ignored.

If I could give zero stars it is exactly what I would rate this company. Deceitful is one word to describe them. They took money from me
and the next day decided to cease trading. Just a heads up to anyone trusting these people I've done some digging and beleive they are setting up a new business. Do not shop with these people! They are untrustworthy and have emptied my pockets and probably many more.

I have used this company many times over the last 5 years . Never had a problem with them .
i placed my last order for a Velux blind on 24th June .
it was delivered on the 15th July .
I rang them on 13th and 14th July no answer . no answer to my emails either .
this week I have tried to place an order with them.

it looks like I am one of the lucky ones to have received my order .
I have given 5 stars for past performance .
If they have gone bust that's a great shame .

If I could give these 0 stars I would. The customer service is shocking and rude when you finally do get a reply. The wallpaper is rubbish, follow instructions doesn't stick to wall. Don't want to reply when you question their logic 🤨.
Would highly recommend shopping else where for your paper!!!!!
Do not place any orders
Like several other comments, I placed an order two weeks ago, tried to contact them in the days following, and can no longer get through. Phone lines are not working, no response via email for over a week now, and they're just collecting comments across social and review platforms - surely, if they were having tech trouble SOMEONE would've responded to all the assumptions of liquidation by now. We've also spoken with the businesses next door to their shop who confirmed there's a CLOSED sign on their door.
We'll be getting in contact with our bank to recover our money following 14 days since we first emailed...
For what it's worth to anyone, I actually called the supplier they would've ordered the goods from, and they confirmed my order had not come through from either Your Stylish Home/Fresh Ideas... make of that what you will.
I would give them the benefit of the doubt... but it's been too long now, surely you would suspend the website if you can no longer process orders.

We haven't received our wallpaper order or an update for delivery after waiting 6 weeks. The phone lines are dead. Emails just get an automated reply. Facebook gets an automated reply.
I think this company has gone into liquidation and we will not see our money again.

Ordered a roll of wallpaper and paid however received an email to state item is out of stock. Money was taken for product and 2weeks later still not been reimbursed. When contacting company they state refunds take 14 days however product wasn’t received/dispatched in the first place. Dreadful customer service, one to avoid

They dealt with my order quickly and efficiently and despite encountering a problem with their carrier they put the matter right straightaway, incurring very little delay in completing the transaction. I found their staff courteous, friendly and did what they said they would; definitely 5-star service.
