One star is too generous

One star is too generous. Their customer service is nonexistent and mostly completed by bots and not humans which leads to loops of repetitive language, further adding to the frustration of receiving and order which was incorrect.

Customer Service is very poor

Customer Service is very poor. We received very poor quality prints, including chips of the color blocks, bleed lines printed on the original image, black marks on the white areas. Additionally, there was no opportunity for resolution except a gift card for future use with Fatheads. We ordered a one piece logo with words below it, which is very standard for logo print. However, fatheads printed the words in a white block instead of individual letters, and indicated that was all they can do. The original logo uploaded did not have a white block around the letters. You need to be very skilled at reading proofs to understand what they will actually deliver. What we submitted, and what we received were in no way similar. There was no opportunity for satisfactory resolution with customer satisfaction even after six emails asking for options. The only option is a gift card toward future purchases, which we felt the quality was so poor we would not purchase again from fat heads. Probably good for a birthday party or something for one time use, not good for something you intend to be left on the wall for extended periods of time. I recommend going to professional print shop that will guarantee their work. Fat heads will not. Notice they don’t have Google reviews?

DO NOT PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER

Unfortunately I have to agree! Do not use Fathead for custom orders. I was led to believe that custom orders automatically receive a proof. And after receiving my order was told otherwise. But the fact that they printed this custom order and thought it was satisfactory goes beyond me. I should have read reviews on 3rd party review site, so I have to accept some of the blame. But never again!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Do not use for custom orders. I placed an order over 3 weeks ago for 15 custom items to be used at a volleyball senior night. I cannot get an update on shipping and no one will respond to my emails, which is the only form of contact provided. I’m debating on ordering from somewhere else and fighting for a refund, which is over $400. Wanted to support an American made company but will never use them again.

Do Not Use for Custom orders

Still have not received my products and we are 3 1/2 weeks in. They can’t tell me if I will even get them in time for my function. So much for made in America!

Paid for expedited shipping, order unfulfilled 9 days later still

Ordering from their website was pretty straight forward which I appreciate. However, I paid for expedited shipping and 9 days later my order is still in “unfulfilled” status. I have contacted customer support and will give an update on what they say.

Update

27/05: They responded a couple of days after contacting them and they said I can get a refund. I’ll see if they send it!

06/07: I received the fat head, but it was a little too late. However, they refunded my order and apologized.
