No answer on email!

I ask to cancel my order and they say that they cancel it and I will receive my money in next few days,but I still haven’t receive it!I ask them on e-mail when I will receive it and they don’t answer!I ask about my new order too and there is no answer again!So now I don’t know when I receive money and will I receive it at all and when I receive my new order and will I receive it at all!

Faulty sizes

Ordered normal size for my son (L) and shoes in 46….the items arrived and pants were more like XXL and shoes like 44. Contacted CS an of course i can return BUT i need rto pay myself. How can it be that they have so messed up sizes and you still need to pay. Looks to be a scam. Especially since pants are mo longer sold /available on site… so clearly was a problem. I have ordered regularly but this time the sizes are so wrong but returns are still to be paid by the customer. SCAM and abuse of customer.

No customer support

No customer support, everything very confusing
Ordered a tracksuit, but apparently in german it is written that it's only the vest, so I paid 120€ for half a tracking suit

Don't buy tickets online, if you have a problem you are screwed

I tried to buy tickets to see the stadium and museum, at the time of payment, their site went into time-out and I couldn't get tickets. The problem is that they took my money without giving me the tickets. My bank sees the outgoing transaction to them, but they don't do anything to help me, they keep sending me back from one number to another, they don't care at all about the problem they caused me. In fact, the support and all the numbers I talked to are even rude they mock you and answer you badly. You have STEALED €150 from me, if they do not provide a solution to the problem I will take legal action

Paid €250 got no goods

Purchased goods 13th December. They have not arrived. Store blaming DHL and will not replace or refund the goods to the value of €250 even though they have identified and admitted that it was a delivery issue and the goods have not been received. Poor customer service just passing the buck to DHL instead of owning and addressing the issue at hand, I will not shop here again

I have been a dedicated supporter of FC…

I have been a dedicated supporter of FC Bayern München for over 15 years, which is why it deeply saddens me to write this review. Recently, I purchased a pair of slippers from their official store, and I found the quality to be surprisingly poor.

Despite being marketed as high-quality merchandise and priced accordingly, the slippers deteriorated quickly and became unwearable in less than two months. Unfortunately, the craftsmanship simply didn't match the price tag, suggesting the product value was tied more to the emblem stitched onto it rather than the materials or construction.

What's more disappointing was the lack of assistance I received when I reached out to their customer service. There was no resolution offered, leaving me feeling not only let down by the quality of the product but also by the disregard for customer satisfaction.

My loyalty to FC Bayern München has never wavered throughout the years, but this incident has seriously made me question the integrity of the club's merchandising division. I am deeply disheartened and will not be purchasing merchandise from them in the future. It is truly heartbreaking that a beloved institution like FC Bayern München can become so indifferent towards its devoted fans. It feels like greed has sadly overtaken the spirit of sportsmanship and respect for the loyal supporters.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend the FC Bayern München official merchandise to others based on my recent experience. I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for other fans and that FC Bayern München takes note and rectifies these issues. As much as it pains me, until then, I will be exploring alternative ways to show my support for the club I love.

Don't buy offical FC Bayern merchandise from Australia

If you are a FC Bayern fan, I encourage you not to purchase merchandise online from Australia.

I have had a really bad experience. I purchased a game shirt (at a cost of almost AUD$200) for my son for Christmas online. When you go online no the European FC Bayern site, if you are in Australia, as soon as you click buy, it diverts your FC BAYERN ASIA STORE. That all seemed ok, until the shirt arrived.

When the shirt arrived, one side of the large T on the front was coming off by almost a cm. I pressed it down and managed to get it to stick, for a while. After one wear, the Adidas stripes on the shoulders started coming completely off.

If this was a $10 rip-off, I wouldn't have a problem. But, a $200 shirt, you have got to be kidding!!

So I went online to the FC BAYERN ASIA STORE site. There is what seems to be a way to interface with that crew about problems like mine. Wrong. It pushes you into a number of automated options and that is it. You cannot get in contact with anyone to explain your problem. The site has no email address or physical address that you can write to, in oder to make contact with someone that will listed to your complaint about spending $200 on a defective shirt.

The whole experience has been a major disappointment. I have received an inferior product and there is no way to have it rectified.

I have attempted to raise this with the contact on the FC BAYERN European site. Despite sending photographs of the problem and the details of my situation, I am met with them telling me that they have no knowledge of my order as it was placed with the Asia store.

What a majorly disappointing experience for myself and my 14 year old Bayern fan. I feel utterly ripped off.

This is the worst customer service ever!

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Due to covid restrictions we couldn't use the arena/museum tickets we purchased. When I tried to change the dates or get a refund the woman In customer "service " straight up laughed in my face, like I was an idiot.
When I told her I thought this was really bid customer service she laughed even more and hung up.
I really thought that big clubs would do more for their customers.

Fan shop mistake costed me extra charges

I ordered a shirt from the Bayern Fan Shop, however, the medium sized shirt I ordered turned out to be a size small. Hence, I wrote customer service, who told me that I could send back the item, though they could not promise that the correct size would be in stock, once the returned item arrived. Therefore, I went to the shop to purchase the correct shirt again immediately, however, I choose to add another shirt I fell across when visiting the shop the second time. Now they will not return the money which I spend on shipping costs for getting the correct shirt, because I ordered an additional product. In other words, I ended up paying for their mistake, because I was a good customer. I find this completely disrespectful. Not much Mia San Mia about that.

They send me an used item

I Got an FC Bayern grill from the webshop, but when i opened it alot was missing or broken.
Screws were missing, visible parts were scrarched og some items were broken, and it was clear that the item have been sold before, assembled and then disassemled, and then returned to the Bayern shop, without anyone checking that everything is there and everything is intact, they send it to me, and the costumer service just tell me its sold out now and i can send it back to Them and get a refund. It aint cheap to send that Big items from Denmark.... this is Not the first time i have received broken or faulty items.

Never again

First time i buy something on the site and the last for sure...i made an order two weeks ago, they sent me a letter to verify my credit card, then they asked for me to send them a scan of the letter, then there was an issue with my card, then we resolved that one but still my order is "being processed" for a week now and the customer service isn't answering me about delivery timing...They made me lose so much time going through these pointless papers is really pissing me off. Don't buy from them if you want to actually receive your items on time.
