We have completed a large project including 2 whole room furnishings with the invaluable help of Saran and Monika at FCI London. The service has been outstanding, from initial design consultation to helping us navigate choices; nothing is too much trouble for the team. We have been so impressed by the attention to detail, site visits and responsiveness of the team. The quality of finishes in all the products, from furniture to rugs and bespoke art work have been exceptional.
The team have been excellent about keeping us informed about lead times and are present at delivery to ensure everything is perfect. As with all large scale projects, there have been a few minor issues with goods which Monika, Saran and the aftersales team have managed with efficiency and ensured a positive outcome for us in every case.
We are currently working with Monika and Saran on another room and our outside space and look forward to seeing their amazing designs come to life.

FCI offered us good quality, modern and many unusual designs which was exactly what we were looking for. Mansi was always professional and very helpful, especially when we were trying to decide on the fabric we wanted for our new dining tables and advised us on the different fabrics which was extremely helpful.

I would like to express my disappointment with the handling of this order.
It has taken over seven months for the order to reach completion, and even then, the installation was not satisfactory due to fitting deficiencies then to be told I have to wait another 2-3 months to complete.
Following this, I have now contacted three other companies, all of whom advised that the same order, using exact same materials, can be completed within approximately 4-6 weeks and were shocked at the issues. In addition, I have had to pay my Internet engineer to connect and disconnect the wiring which has cost me additional money..
This makes the prolonged delay and the issues encountered even more disappointing.I have had to remove the units now and get another company to take over the project. Please proceed with caution.
The furniture is lovely and the customer service excellent

I purchased a bed from FCI London which was faulty. What has followed has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Since identifying the fault, I have made repeated attempts to contact FCI by email and phone. Despite these efforts, I have been completely ignored. No acknowledgement, no explanation, no attempt whatsoever to resolve the issue. For a company that markets itself as a premium, high-end furniture retailer, this level of after-sales service is frankly unacceptable.
In an effort to resolve the matter, I even contacted the manufacturer directly — LOGO, the company that makes the bed. Shockingly, they also failed to respond, leaving me stuck between a retailer and a manufacturer who appear equally unwilling to take responsibility for a clearly faulty product.
When you spend a significant amount of money on furniture, you reasonably expect support if something goes wrong. Instead, I’ve been met with silence at every turn. This experience has completely destroyed any confidence I had in both FCI and LOGO.
I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from FCI to think very carefully. Once they have your money, you may find yourself on your own if a problem arises. Premium prices, but zero customer care.
FCI have a fantastic selection of furniture and their designer Cristina is superb. It is our ‘go to’ place for furniture and furnishings and Sanjay is always charming and helpful.

Prior to our visit we had outlined what type of item we were interested in. Andrei took note and led us to the items which best met our requirements. However on viewing it became clear that these items didn’t really suit the space where the item would be sited. We did bring photos of the space and Andrei was able to suggest much more suitable items. He spent a lot of time showing us what would work and we were able to choose items that we could envisage would be ideal. On returning home we realized that one item would be too big. Fortunately the item came in various sizes (another reason why FCI is ‘a cut above the rest’)so we are now looking forward with confidence to our new purchase.

Awful company to deal with, if I could give 0 stars I would. Delivery of furniture several weeks late, I am now in week 7 of getting FCI to repay what I had to outlay to make fix the damage they did to walls which meant I had to get trades in. I have been met with a constant barrage of excuses on why the invoice is not being paid. Do yourself a favour and avoid there are other companies out there that can provide this service a lot better than FCI
Very dissapointing experience.
Lots of back and forth on items and finishes, sales team confirmed one thing, but they didnt really know the products they were selling as certain items could only be produced in certain finishes - which I ended up telling them what and wasnt possible.
I ordered a table and chairs with FCI, delivery was quoted as 6 weeks, turned into 12.
When table was eventually delivered, it was not as ordered (extension leaf was in the wrong material). So I declined the delivery and returned the table.
Initially was offered a credit note, but requested a full refund, to include the installation cost which was applied to putting the table together. Table was eventually refunded (had to chase as took several days to process)
FCI refused to refund the install cost as they stated they had put the table together when they delivered it. No arguement there - they did indeed put the legs on the table, stood the table up and opened the extension - which was when I established it was not as ordered.
So I am left paying for the install of a table that was not what I ordered.
The products they sell can be purchased elsewhere, so I highly recommend you find a better supplier.
We ordered a cattelan ceramic dining table with the manufacturer guaranteeing the design - on delivery we realised it was incorrect. Kasia Frankiewicz, Operations Manager took over and ensured that we were able to order the larger size at no extra cost which actually is the only way of guaranteeing the design. Kasia was extremely professional and kept us informed over the whole process

Dreadful service. Once they have your deposit they do not care about when they deliver, customer care or after sale. I am suing them for my money refund when they failed to deliver after 3 months of false promises.
Avoid at any cost. I buy furniture from all over the world, FCI is the worst supplier I have come across
This was a remarkably personal experience. Designing the furniture with Shahnaz allowed us to customise the design to meet functional needs and aesthetic preferences. She was very helpful and communicative throughout the process, even making time for video calls, in-person meetings and design adjustments over email. The installation team led by Anatolie were super respectful and helpful - again with this willingness to adjust things on the day.
Price-point may be perceived as high, but when you see the quality of the product and consistently amazing service along the way, it makes sense.
Really nice to experience this standard of customer service.
