My complaint was escalated to FENSA after discovering our window installation wasn’t to regulation. From the outset, our case handler, Adrian, was exceptional. He was easy to reach, responded promptly to calls and emails, and kept us updated at every stage.
Adrian truly fought our case. Thanks to his persistence, we reached a solution with the window company, finally got the installation completed after eight months of delays, and avoided court action altogether. We cannot thank Adrian enough and his dedication made all the difference! Highly recommend FENSA, especially Adrian!

I approached to find out why I did not get my FENSA certificate which I have requested on 28th April. The staff member I spoke to was so helpful and he immediately send the certificate to my email. I was not even on the phone for a long time righter. Great service.

Needed a copy of a fensa urgently due to moving and it was only recently registered and not online. Emailed FENSA and within about 3 hours they emailed me a copy. Super efficient and really great service.

I am facing the prospect of a £250 bill from building control to certify my windows as complying with building regulations. This is despite having chosen a fitter via the FENSA website who was registered with FENSA at the time of installation but recently left and registered with another competent person register. FENSA will not certify my windows, despite the fact that the fitter was registered with FENSA at the time. I cannot see what benefit choosing a FENSA registered trader has provided me - I could have chosen one who was not and registered the windows with building control myself!
I submitted a complaint to their complaints email and have received no reply.
I refer you to their website as a reminder of the promise they offer and have failed to uphold.
