Love our new cooker

Love the new cooker, it is stylish, functional and looks fab in our new kitchen. We bought the black and gold vintage style, in dual fuel (gas hob, electric oven)

Delivery communication was great and efficient. Only thing to note for other potential buyers, you will need to keep or buy a new hose for the gas connection. Overall, very pleased with this purchase!

Faulty cooker within six months and no promised engineer visit

I purchased a Ferre F6IP40E7-MBL-RETRO-W 60cm freestanding dual fuel cooker under Order #14467, confirmed on 10 September 2025.

The cooker developed a fault within six months of purchase. I first raised the issue on 7 March 2026 through Ferre’s WhatsApp support link.

Before I travelled abroad for the Easter holiday, I was told that an engineer would be arranged to inspect/repair the cooker. However, nobody contacted me with an appointment, and no engineer attended.

I have since sent a formal complaint, but the matter has still not been properly resolved.

This has caused serious inconvenience because a cooker/oven is an essential appliance in a family home.

I have also tried to arrange separate kitchen appliance breakdown cover, but I could not find providers who list or accept the Ferre brand. This has increased my concern about the availability of aftercare, repair support, and parts for this appliance in the UK.

I am simply asking for this matter to be resolved properly, either by a confirmed engineer repair appointment, a replacement, or another fair remedy under my consumer rights.

I would appreciate Ferre contacting me urgently to resolve this.

I have found my experience excellent…

I have found my experience excellent with this company, I ordered a hob and it was brilliant, the customer service is excellent one of the knobs was damaged but they sent a replacement asap to me I'm even thinking of ordering a oven from them now I would recommend ferre to my family and friends .B
